You know the ones, where you have no chance in hell of winning and now are playing just to see how many skulks you can pistol out of mid-air before they xenocide you. Here are a few samples, now post your own!

That "N" Corridor is so small you have to either duck or use /unstuck to spawn correctly. Most of the time you just got telefragged by the next guy though.

well what I am thinking is the turrits bashed the ownos hard enough to leave him at 10-20 Hp (poor no redempt) but the knife finished him.
you should also post aliens last stand <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo--> a gorge sitting in dcs and ocs saving up for a hive... Of course this is often taken for lameness but I cant blame them
(I think qwerty.dsg was commanding)

(That base got owned, but he relocated to the fenced-in resource node lol)

The first was on bast and 2 marines took out engine room just as our base was about to fall so I dropped a CC there and jumped out of my CC to help the remaining marines at base hold off the aliens. when all of us at the base finally did die, we respawned at engine and I hopped back in the chair and we ended up surviving for about 15-20 minutes.
The second (and the best) was on nothing. once again we were being overrun so I sent out my best marine with a HMG and a jetpack to secure the red room, on his first attempt he got killed by some OCs, but on the second try he found a way around them and got into the red room unnoticed. When he got there I dropped a TF and 3 seiges for him, eventually we had a whole base in there, including phase and observatory. When marines started spawning into the red room I actually said over voice comm "welcome to the Alamo gentlemen". We lasted in the red room for about 30minutes, during which we attempted to take down cargo hive and repeled numorous attacks. but slowly we were losing the base so, I activated the distress beacon ^_^. About half the of the marines spawned back in our original base (which was surprisingly empty) and started building the CC and RP tower that I had placed for them. (BTW it is really freaky starting from scratch when you know Onos will be coming into your base soon.) I didn't go comm this time, but we did manage to stay alive for another 10-15 minutes before we were overrun and (finally) killed.
I dont know how many turrets there were, but he said that in places, he could walk over them like they were the floor. All of them powered by one Turret factory. I'd poked my head out as an onos for 2 seconds, notice the health. I've had to reduce the size of the picture quite a bit due to restrictions, but if anyone wants the full pic I can email it to you.
Oh, and by the way, no, I couldnt break the turret farm <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

Ha! I think I was in that one with you, on the other team. We had about 4 Onos running around unable to do anything because they couldn't get in the vent. Then we had people gestating into fade inside vent so no one else could get in. I don't know how long it took us but we lost viaduct hive once or twice to siege.
My buddy and I were yelling at our teammates trying to organize xenocides but no one wanted to cooperate <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo-->
We actually did manage to take down quite a few big aliens with our puny LMGs, because they were forced to run down the bridge in single file to get close to us (kind of like the bridge of Khazad-Dhum, for you Tolkien fans <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo--> ). Our concentrated fire shredded them to pieces. It was the best. defensive. position. EVAR.
Attached is a pic of an onos that we killed before he could get even halfway down the bridge.

well, you could have easily broken the turret farm if you had just gone fade and bile bombed. once i played a similar game on nothing (2vs2) with giant turret farms all throughout the upper level of the map. You bile bomb into the center of the turret farm, and after a few shots they go poof in the dozens.
anyone who isnt a Tolkien fan should be told off...the books are great...no...Stunning...
and the films pay great homage to it...if you arent a fan to either...you need your head examined.
