    In my view, the glass is in a supposition of states, being both full and empty at the same time.

    It only collapses into either state when someone tries to assess it's fullness.

    I think it depends on the glass. it it shaped so it gets smaller at the bottom, such as the glass I am holding now, and it was full to the middle of the glass, it wouldnt be half full.

    My theory about this is: If your pouring somthing into the glass, its half full, but if your pouring (drinking, etc...) out of the glass, its half empty...
