I just installed NS, but I accidently forgot to check the box to run the game in 32bit mode. Whats the command that you need to enter in the start up patch?

ypu, thats it.
But as a reminder, the desktop icon is sorta borked (it don't work) so make this change somewhere else <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
Thanks guys. Sometimes I am a victim of my insanely fast mouse clicking. So would this be the right info? C:\Sierra\Half-Life\hl.exe -game ns -noipx -nointro -console -32bbp

Considering all the times we've been asked about this, I may think about including a config utility with 2.0 that lets you do all these common shortcut monkeying tasks... hmmm... food for thought.

You can only specify 32-bit via the commandline as far as I know, not through config files. If you are using ASE, it does provide a method (which hopefully someone here will explain, as I am at work and can't look) of setting command-line parameters for your installed games.

1) is a shortcut. 2) doesn't exist. At least, I have no NS.EXE on my system. NS is a mod, and therefore a DLL. 3) Ok with this one. 4) is also a shorcut.
He said he doesn't use a shortcut, which I take to mean ANY shorcut.
