Well, the whole world thinks that the English are arrogant.

But we <b><i>are</i></b> better than you.

    Re: "digitigrade" vs. "plantigrade;"

Digitigrade legs allow a faster stride and longer jumping due to the tendon structure joining the foot to the lower leg bone - compared to our ankle, which is designed to hold heavy weights and for endurance. Hence, most bipedal mammals have evolved plantigrade legs as they require less bone and muscle mass to hold the same weight as a digitigrade limb. In quadrapeds, the weight of the animal is supported over 4 points and so each leg holds only half the animal's body mass.

There are very few bipedal digitigrade animals - the only I can think of is the kangaroo, which has huge bones and muscles in its legs to hold its relatively light body (for a biped).

I suppose the result of this rambling is that the fade should have slightly bigger legs and perhaps a less massive upper body <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

TBH I'd say it was a 1930's political group since Hitler didn't really have any power until he became Chancellor in 1931(?) (GCSE history feels so long ago)

    31st January of 1933.

It's actually a 1920 group. Hitlers NSDAP attempted a coup d'état in Munich in 1923, which led to Hitler being imprisioned for a ridiculously short time. His party gained ground and became what can be described as a 'mass movement' in the aftermath of the worldwide recession of 1929, which hit Germany, whichs banks had relied on American credits, particularly hard.

    Oh, and <span style='color:white'>***moved.***</span>
