Flayra struggling with updating one site and not trusting the NS community witht he task (Do to speculations as when NS will be released) decided to hire a unknown scientist who dabbled in genetic cloning. After giving up blood for said cloning the scientist spent hours trying to duplicate Flayra's unique talents (And DNA compisition). After many failed attempts it was deemed a failure and the scientist went to a different line of work a planet-halflife article writer!
So flayra depressed and having drunk all of mums 'special' chocolate milk went back to the abandoned lab and looked over the failures locked up in a very large and impervious vualt (God knows the world ends if they get out). There he found ME sitting in a corner weilding a spork screaming that the other clones where level-5's and slashing the air.
Flayra out of a act of kind heartedness took the Horribly mutated ME from the crate and home. Training it to seem normal he realized ME had no social skills so put logically put him incharge of the PR!
Actually, if I remember correctly, Flayra wanted Msr. Evil to be PR guy for awhile, but he never wanted to do it. He finally gave in though just before going to the Mod Expo I believe. Is this all correct? It seemed like such a long time ago, and I have been away from NS for quite some time.
