You guys are crazy, that grenade model is sick! Also, someone talked about the guy pulling the pin out, but not effectively priming it. If my knowledge about grenades are correct, that's the reason for the little handle on the side. When the handle is held down, the grenade does not prime, when you throw the grenade, the handle is released and primes in mid-air. Keep in mind, the man who modeled the grenade(BrigadierWolf) is in the United States Navy(if my memory serves right).

I, for one, welcome the grenade model, if only because it's a departure from the traditional spherical grenades you see in every other game out there. Aside from that, I think it looks pretty slick <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->
the model picture is not really representative of how it looks in game. It looks extremely small in game. But it's still pretty cool. I just wish it looked a little more bulky.
Also the animations don't really sync well to the actions I've found. I know no one wants to compare it to CS, but I really wish it was exactly like a CS grenade in how its thrown (although I dont want it to weigh less than air like a cs grenade)
I think that if the nade blows up in the ONOS it will be a good thing, not to mention, funny! This will slow down/and have second thoghts before devouring a rine. It's bad when you have an ono who is constantly stomping and deviouring you, and theres really nothing you can do to counter it, but if have a nade ready to be served, perhaps it will cause an ONO to retreat, instead of a sure rine death.
The ONO doesn't know if the rine has a nade on him or not, but will when he's blown apart from a terrable food poison.

Just curious since the Model is from Brigadier Wolf, if there were any changes to the render shown in the customization forums. I think it looks sweet as hell, but I was curious if Flayra asked for any modifications to the original model.

Select the nade, Click and hold to arm, release to toss. As soon as you click and hold, the 4 seconds count down, hold too long and BOOM! (hope you take a skulk with you.)
Due to the 4 second timer the nade is hard to kill things with. Also its underpowered ATM, but I still love Brig, its a great addition!!! <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
Also the way it looks is cool! ORIGINAL! Don't forget ppl its a HE nade not a fragmentation device.
u guys think its a good idea as marine but, think your an onos, think what a pain in the butt it will be a onos now with marine cat packs AND now nades blowing up inside you and u end up dying because u devour that last heavy building the phase gate
