After a whole year... the model and project is somewhat revived!
Two things: I think the custom Malice guns would look better. - I mean, they're the MALICE guns... and they're made for the MALICE... so I'm thinkin' - a match.

a) for the pee problem, just set the P bone to be INSIDE of the body, and just use one of those **** bones that shrinks stuff, theres your pee problem solved PM me for details
b) for sheena's first model, just scale the skelly up 1.2 and it looks fine.
The hitboxes don't appear to line up with the default HA, which is what I'm saying. The suit's too broad-shouldered; keep in mind HL registers hits based on whatever models are on the server. You might look like you're acid-rocketing him in the side, when really you're just hitting open air.
It's too huge, half of its body clips through the ground. You might wanna scale it down, skeleton included. And the anims seems like its not heavy enough. Like the jump, do it like there's an impact when it lands. And like everybody said, pull the shoulders a bit more closer together. Other than that, seems like it's gonna be a good model.

dont get me wrong a battlesuit would fit quiete well but not the alice nor the malice its to big and mechanik i think a complete new from scratch battlesuit would fit better

Likewise, scale down the arm mounts (slightly) and flatten the shoulders a bit to reflect the hitboxes.
