Two) skins are lame
You'd be better off posting this in the NS Customisation forum since a few of their members post there. But believe me, they're entirely against changing their site to be useable. The amount of times a number of people, myself included, have tried to convince them that their interface is poor, is ridiculous, and they've refused to budge with it because apparently, obviously according to them, style > content.
If you want replacement skins or models, hit <a href='http://www.thrill2kill.com/' target='_blank'>T2K</a>, it's easy to use and a much better site on the whole.
its called "Custom Detail btw"
For a restart from the old one, it takes a while getting things completed due to problems.
If you really don't like to look at the plain old skins that NS provides, that is when you come to NSA and look at the growing selection of Skins in Custom Detail. Hince the name. We have over 50 items so far, and a growing number of packs coming out. you might one, or like another better, Check them out, and download what you like. I personally like using them because they're a lot easier on me in many cases. Such as the Hellonos, and impact rifle. Check them out at <a href='http://www.nsarmslab.com/flash/custom.php' target='_blank'>http://www.nsarmslab.com/flash/custom.php</a> and download some. Try them out, I think y'all might like them.

NSA is fine... I just feel that they're taking the wrong approach to a "community site" by hiring a web designer, not to mention charging $7 for "subscriptions."
also, esuna, if you have been to the site since the new year, youll see that since then the majority of the site has been converted to html because of the numerous requests.
edit: last, the subscribtoin is primairly for a reserved slot and other features on our 2 NS servers.

If you guys read.
We ddint higher a webdeisner. Thats the owner and my self.
ANd subscription is reserved slot for the server..
*Edit* You're also not giving the NS community a very good look, newbies frequent this forum and starting wars like this isn't exactly the best greeting. *Edit*
Guess why i've done it, because you've ignored several respected members of this community who have offered <b>friendly</b>, <b>well written constructive criticism</b>, not just ignored, sometimes you've even had the audacity to flame back as well. I'm sorry if i've offended you, but guess what, i'm entitled to my own opinion, and i don't have to go around insulting people to get that across.
And whats more, your childish responses only further incriminate yourself and tarnish whatever "reputation" you have.

I didn't once say "You must change it now". There's a thing called constructive criticism. We offered our experienced opinions onto the site, most of which was positive i might add, but raised by several people was the interface and how it's not user friendly. When several people start to comment on the fact that it's difficult to navigate, as a designer, you look into that fact.
The whole point of a website is getting as many people to look at it as possible, if people aren't visiting, you're site is, essentially, a waste of money. Therefore as the designer you <b>should</b> be open to any improvements that can be made, and if several people are having the same problem, that's a problem you should look into, not flame them because they are having.
Constructive criticism is one of the building blocks of a website and one of the single most useful things during the development of one. To be honest, any designer which ignores the opinions of others, be they other designers or their target audience, is not a good designer. Especially so if the same issue is raised several times by entirely seperate people.
I can't drop everything on your request.
Too busy doing competitions and stuff for the server. I have listened to your critiscm about the site. I have taken it into account, but yet when i say this, you still go on.
Whats the point? Why dont you just stay out of topics like this to prevent what just happened.\\
btw people do visit the site WTH. Over a mill hits this month. Average 7,500 visits a day.
Would you change your hardwork on a dime because 10 percent of the people say so?
And we are doing it anyway?

"Prevent what just happened", you and your fanboys insulting me? You have never once said you are going to tackle the issue of the interface, infact, you've flamed me and other people. How about rather than me avoiding threads, how about you learn to hold your tongue and realise i'm not flaming you in the slightest, hell, i've said nothing derogatory about ANY of the staff, only the site itself.
You have a hell of a lot of growing up to do, and if you have <b>any</b> hope to be in any way successful as a designer or webmaster you must learn that <b>the client and audience comes first</b>, not second, they're the people you want frequenting site, not you.
The moral of this story, learn to take constructive criticism, and realise not everything diverted at your site is a personal attack on yourself.

I didn't once say your site isn't visited by people, so those stats are irrelevant. And yes, i would change my hardwork on a dime because 10% of people say, purely because as a website designer, you're not designing for yourself, as i said, you're designing for the client and the audience. If the client hates it, you redesign, no? If the audience hates it, you redesign? No? Since you do bring up those stats, however, at 10% of people that's 750 people a day and 100,000 people a month that are confused by your interface, that's a hell of a lot of people to neglect.
Did you just hear me!
We ARE WORKING ON IT
You grow up and stop thinking your right, and im wrong. I said we are working on it. Now its just bitching to make yourself look better.
Fanboys?
heh...?

I'm speaking from experience and common sense, maybe a dash of arrogance too, but mainly the former two.
<s>Let me see, i need to grow up because i..... hmm.... offered objective opinions and criticism?</s>
<s>3 Things:</s>
<s><li>Firstly, it's "you're", not "your". Infact, one of a multitude of spelling and gramatical errors. Don't they teach you kids anything in school?</s>
<s><li>Whatever you're "Ill be nice" is, i will not partake in the sucking thereof....</s>
<s><li>My name is spelt "esuna" and not "esnua"</s>
I was going to post a list of nitpicks and petty issues, but i realised something, you're only 17. When you grow up you may learn more about the way the design world works from a professional point of view, since i doubt you've ever worked for an actual design firm, not one of those sit-at-home-playing-with-your-illegal-versions-of-photoshop-and-flash-and-claim-to-work-in-web-design-with-some-friend-from-high-school "design companies".
I've just upgraded the dash of arrogance to a whole tablespoon. Go me.

*cough* Indeed */cough*
Also, the enter screen. The button should be the picture. Though the 'Enter' text is pretty easy to notice, usually people click the picture to gain access to the site. I'm not sure how this is done, but I remember doing it in Flash (which, unless I'm mistaken, is what most of the site is made of?).
Esunaer's right, by the way. BigBull is the one that is flaming, but nonetheless you should both stop arguing.
[edit] Some of the credits are messed up on NSA. Windelkron made the Devour sprite, the R in Jaeger is missing for High-Poly shells, coil should <b>nevar</b> be capitalized <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->, and I thought that Jaeger made the TSA Desert Eagle? Oh well. [/edit]
Oh, and to answer the original poster's question, go over to the area that says Home on the right side. Click somewhere in the white area and move your mouse around; other selections should appear.
But, to be honest, it is a little confusing, just to understand how to rotate it, and what you are actually clicking on.
Anyway, lalalala

Your hits counter must be broken, 60 (2 months) * 7,500 = 450000
That's not a million. Besides 1 million sounds abit like some of your fan bois uses their day constantly refreshing you site <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->
Also Esuna might be alittle rough at times (dahm you for not liking Retales comics!)
I know it sounds farfetched, but it might actually work.
EDIT:: lol they took my advice with the words above the navigation bar "Click and hold to rotate" or something to that extent. Go me!
Anyway, if you guys read, it will remove the trouble.
1.) We are doing it.
2.) We are doing it
3.) We are fixing it.
4.) Read the n00b directions.
Wich is, in my opinion.
