@Naali Except it does the same thing if it's put on the ground right next to the base as when it's connected through power transmitters.

I just bought the game a few days ago. I've only played with the latest non experimental build. I do have a lot of stuff in storage in the room I get the worst framerates on. I'll try starting a new game though.
