"I found alternatives I like better, so i am declaring your way to play stupid. Oh boy thermal blade!"
That's nice, I'm still having fun with plants and fish, thanks. -
I don't think touch/wand controls should be a prioity at this point. A wireless controller solves your woes and they should focus on optimizations and fixes to long standing VR issues.

Dear devs:
This was not a waste of time and is pretty awesome, thank you for the update. -
Why not just leave it as a decoration if they don't want it dispensing coffee..
-
You can also delete the whole cache (both folders) but that respawns resources which, fun as that it, sort of kills any challenge.
-
Obraxis, just curious but does the moonpool docking still drop you out onto the ocean floor walking around or was that fixed?

Did this fix any of the ongoing VR issues (moonpool, cyclops) and did this fix the issue where your save could go bad and then crash after playing for 2 min every time you load it until you delete a few of the folders?

Confirmed this did the trick, giving the heads up to the devs. Thankfully my base wasn't underground.

Reasons why I do not think this is needed:

You won't be able to, as explained in the multiplayer thread that's floated.

Hey Obraxis, I just included a zip of all the crashes I've run into today, including my save, the very first crash, and the very last crash (+all in between) (I made a new thread too but since I got your attention here we can delete it)

I can't edit the op, I just compiled a buncha stuff, lol.
Perhaps I'll make a new threat. -
This sucks, I was really digging this update and it was working flawlessly for the first day or so I was playing...
now, today, it's crashed constantly. I can play it for two, maybe three minutes then it'll lock up once for about a minut… -
Fucking hell people.
This isn't about PC is PC as in "fixes on the normal version should work on the oculus version.

Are folk's solar panels vanishing randomly after the update, or is it just me?

Here's some good news then for those of you waiting on home. I fired up the vr version from steam and can say the following:
There's still no cut scenes in Please fix issues before adding content Comment by Azirphaeli October 2016 -
What I am wondering is if the outstanding VR issues with regards to missing cutscenes and walking speed in bases are fixed with the inclusion of Vive support..
-
Has the moonpool issues and the slow base walking been fixed in VR yet? That makes it fairly unplayable.
-
I have a 980ti, the base processor from intel required for the rift (I forget it off the top of my head) and on recommended it runs smooth *most* of the time.

Thanks Obraxis.

What about the other VR bugs?

It's nice that you fixed the controller issues, but this is mainly about VR bugs:

Good thing I rarely use the ciclops...
