In my save, I found both moonpool and mod station fragments on the Degasi base in the Jellyshroom caves. You can find it manually (since all the entrances are connected), but the entrance near lifepod 6 pretty much puts you right on top of it.

On an unrelated note, do any of you get Subnautica saying it has stopped working, and the option to debug it, whenever the game is closed?

In my save, I found a whole bunch of modification station fragments around the Degasi base in the Jellyshroom Caves, and that is quite easy to get to with a Seamoth (or even with just a Seaglide), so that's an easy option.

I should also mention all these bugs were encountered on a save from the stable version that has been brought into experimental. I have yet to see if all of these bugs affect new saves.

Just to add, I think the main drive core should be moved and made larger, because if you use freecam to see the Aurora layout, the main drive core is quite small and near the hull of the ship, which makes no sense whatsoever.
