After more tests I can say this: not the player is moving, but the Cyclops itself. And that's the problem. It seems that there is a simple collision issue between the moving Cyclops model and the fixed player model.

This is a misunderstanding. I never introduced this as workaround, it was simply one of several observations i made, to give the devs much as possible informations.
And seriously, i don't understand why this bug is stil…Especially for small outposts or temporary bases i made a suggestion several days ago. The Power Bank feature was also suggested in the past by other players. I made also a few pictures.

According to the changelog and after i tested XP 50366 it seems that this is fixed now.
