Explore, explore, explore, even if it means being scared or killed.
Take the risk! Explore that creepy area! I'm scared a lot when I play this game, I'm afraid of the ocean, but I love the ocean as well. Even so, I'm learning to conquer my fea… -
Nope. Keep the knife. When discussing this game, I like to think of what we, Humanity, would come equipped for in a terraforming mission to colonize a planet. Well, there's the non-lethal weapons, and the cool tools... But wait. There's some creepvi…

Nice to hear, Whackjob!
Don't worry too much about that death, it happens to the most of us. Well, it happens a lot to me. I'm too greedy with the scrap metal. -
Mine definitely can't, which is a shame. But hey, yours might. You'll need to share the specs to be able to know.

I want the devs to work on progression more than anything. Adding tiers of tools, machinery, etc. Is what I want worked on the most. Once progression is fixed, then everything else can fall into place and it'll be much easier for addition.

Not a big update? You have to be joking. The new water, sky, and moon probably was the whole update, which I think is completely worth it. So even though it wasn't big, it sure was an AWESOME update. I mean, come on. The game looks much nicer.

Too big of a ship would be bad... I mean, the Aurora is about the size of what everyone wants. And let me add that many of the biomes aren't even big enough to house a ship that big. It'd end up being stuck almost everywhere.
I mean, why… -
Yes.

I vote for Nautica. It's short and simple. -
I would also enjoy to have an in-game feature to be able to record short videos and re-play them. Maybe a 5 minute limit on videos, and then you could paste that onto picture frames? I think that'd be awesome.

Does our planet have two moons? (The second "planet" I believe is actually a moon. Another planet that close would not be able to result in a moon. A moon in a situation like that is impossible, as it would eventually collide with either bodies. …

I think it was a fix for the lighting issues with the new water and sky.
Before, the Aurora was having some major lighting issues. -
Yes. I agree.
-
Tried it out on experimental to see for myself; and I think the new update is fantastic! My only concern is that I'm not able to fully experience it, because for the most part the lighting and textures have been bugging out. It's a great improvement…

It's true.
I was showing my friend Subnautica for the first time (yesterday) and when I jumped in my seamoth, she said the same thing. -
I like to build more base, then just glide around to try to find something new.

Well, clouds are usually a LOT taller than that mountain. Clouds form a lot higher than that. Sea levels could also be a lot higher, though. -
Can't wait to see the new sky and water rendering. It's going to be great!
Eclipses and total darkness sounds awesome as well. Does this mean we'll get rain and other weather? For a planet almost completely covered in water, I expect it to rai… -
Perhaps we could use the chemicals in the flora/fauna (like the hoopfish and acid mushrooms) to create lights.
Like fireflies, we could use the underwater creatures that light up and use them to our advantage. -
I think defensive creatures work best. Most animals, if not all animals on this planet are only aggressive if they think you are trying to hurt them in some way.
-
Actually, the planet's name is Nautica. That's why it's called Subnautica, because it's in the ocean of Nautica.

Maybe, the devs could allow it where the terraformer only works to a certain altitude. This way, the player isn't able to build artificial islands. -
I agree completely. Just knowing that there's some kind of land, some kind of safe haven there just totally eliminates the atmosphere for me. Land is definitely way to familiar, and I really like to have that eerie feeling that there's nothing out t…

(Quote) Great names, but I'm thinkin' something that rolls off the tongue. Either that or something that's just epic, you know?
I really do like Phantom Leviathan though; if I heard something like that, I'd want to go check it out.Freaking awesome! We need more stuff like this.
I vote on "Grand Leviathan" as it's name.I named mine the Borealis. The Aurora (big ship) and it's smaller Borealis (my cyclops). I think it fits in well.(Quote)

I most definitely see where you're coming from... Yes, it's extremely easy to learn how to make basic weapons. I actually will agree with the player being able to make spears, and I'm sure the Humans in the future this far would be…
