Yeah it's not an option for us "not to add content" and just optimize instead. PC/Steam is the most important storefront for us and we can't stop adding content there and if we put our finger in the dam we'd never recover.

Man we didn't think there would be any loss of save-games. We haven't forced a game restart on the PC not even once in a year and half of early access.

To answer your question, there certainly seems to be some problem where not everyone is getting this update. This may or may not be a good thing as you can seeOur main guy Max has figured out and (we think), fixed the problem.
It's been sent off to Microsoft for certification and hotfixing, but it's unfortunately out of our hands at the moment. This process is new and quite difficult for us, b…Yeah this is a learning process for us. We've been working in the much-faster land of Steam for a long time. But also, we're new to console development which makes everything much trickier.
