There's really only two options in my opinion:
a) Remove the cloaking upgrade (you can still be cloaked from shades)
b) Split cloaking and silence. Move silence to shift hive, add focus to shade hive, in Combining Cloaking with Aura?! Comment by Golden May 2016 -

Not exactly true. Rookie status is based on achieving level 3. Your hive level grows with score. On average, I believe it takes approximately 15 hours to reach level 3 for new players.This has been discussed on my stream several times. The conclusion I have come to is that the removal of view models is more analogous to a change in FOV, whereas anything that tells you when targets are in range is very close to an aim assist.
