Not sure whether it was something the devs did server side but having previously been unable to launch with the "Rocket Not Ready" bug post update I just loaded and was able to finish the game and get the final two achievements.
I was able to launch the rocket before the update but like everyone else didn't get the "Leave only time capsules" and "Go among the stars" achievements.
Now loading just before I initiated the end game I can't launch. It's showing as "…
