Looks like this still has not been fixed. . .
Took me 5 tries to get a single one to connect today
First time I stayed alive to put up both ends so it has nothing to do with deaths like some people were suggesting -
I thought a lot of the changes looked really amazing, but I haven't been on just because of work / school

If you have taken damage it takes a long time to cloak again but if you slip away from marines without getting shot you can basically cloak instantly
I think the number of veils just effects how long it takes to cloak once you stop movin… -
I think the servers will keep you on if there are Admins present. . .
Basically you can join them when they are 22/24 and if 2 Admins are on you won't get relocated

If your team has terrible aim then you may have to drop some in just to take care of large groups of Lerks or risk wasting a ton of time

My only issue is that sometimes I don't realize that I have spawned
If my game popped back into Alien Vision mode I would know immediately that I'm back in the saddle -
If it's early game I'll take that 8 res back especially if I'm doing a build order that prevents me from putting down more than 2 RTs at the start

I didn't know about blinking down to increase speed, but then I've never used "debugspeed" either. . .
