Perhaps veils can get their per-cost dropped to 10 instead of 13? You only get the full benefit of phantom-silence at veil 3, whereas Shell 2 and Spur 2 are quite decent already.

The drifter menu also has the patrol command on it. Since you'll use it fairly rarely (versus say, cysting), just click on the command, then on the map.

I play with 200-250ms ping regularly and as long as there are no spikes, it's very playable with the netcode. You just need to get into the habit of starting Evasive Manoeuvres half a second before actually seeing the enemy to avoid getting splatter…

Once the alien team gets up to 3 hives and 5 rts they can contaminate-whip spam indefinitely, and it definitely is very crippling to a marine team. In a turtle situation this is fantastic for breaking, but for stalemates when both sides have 4-5 rts…

As dragon says, a heavily danaged alien takes longer to heal if they go into HP damage.
A mildly damaged alien will heal up armour faster and hence their effective hp faster. So hit n run aliens will benefit greatly from regen or a forwa… -
