I think that the joke in the end went too far, pretending to let us know real stuff about the architects... so much time waiting and in the end, you leave us with almost nothing... that being said, I liked the cinematic.

Well, the game starts telling you that your sister died, together with another coworker. I asume that Alterra mandated an investigation and the team was retired to some base while the investigation took course, and probably they wo… -
NOTE: I finally tried the thumper. Completely useless unless I create a dozen. It doesn't make sense, the developers, you give me the blueprint trying to force me to turn around after building the bridge (which takes time and I really wanted to expl…

Yeah, I am not too fond of chelicerates in general. They look like giant prawns, I mean... I feel hungry when I see them, not afraid... I don't think that any recolor could make them too much better, your design looks cool in a fir… -

Your acting is not logical from a normal player perspective. If I get there for the first time it's because I want to explore that place. Giving me a useful item ONLY if I abandon my adventure to go back to my base THAT MAY BE ANYW… -
Doesn't make sense. The first time I went there I found the blueprint but I didn't want to return to my base without actually knowing how that thing worked or for what. So I completed that part of the game, then returned to the base and never looked…

Subnautica is an amazing experience. Something very unique. I got the first one for free through epic and it took me a few months to actually try it, I never thought it was that good. Then I bought the second one, Below zero. I hope it's as good as …

The thing is, the quelicerate patrols. It's not always in the same place. And that's amazing. I usually don't find him in the purple vents and when I do, he is usually close to the entrance of the deeper caves, near the ventga… -
While I agree with most of the problems in the op, I disagree about the chelicerates preventing exploration. There are not that many of them and they are just not that dangerous. In fact, i would say that the game needs more real dangers, more dange…

Maybe that would make hard for people to run the game... Subnautica in general is very heavy, much heavier than the specs they say. A lot of people think that there is even some memory leak.
You just reminded me how ama… -

YoU are right about me loving the deep lilypad biome / red flowers. The first time I got there I was not expecting something like that. I was just following some red dust and... a new world down there.

I never heard nothing about the game, I started blank, not knowing what to find. I tried to swim to the aurora... just because it was the only thing I could see in the horizon. I swam through the surface of the sea, not looking underwater because I …

They can come back, yeah. Usually I just ignore them and runaway from them when they teleport me, until they get tired and go away. It eventually happens. I was killed once doing this however. Sometimes they seem to hit you at the … -

Yeah, hundreds of hours here, saving just when I am gonna stop playing (except when I am gonna do something really dangerous). And I didn't find that problem. Players in xbox should ask for improvements. Anyway, I think that they p… -

They said some where that the game was gonna be released sooner, but I agree with you. The game looks too early access even if their version is superior to ours. I mean, the story doesn't make sense, huge portions of the map are em… -
Never screamed in these games. But I must say that the first time I got close to the pit where the dark leviathan was in below zero, I saw something huge and black moving down there... and then I went back home XD. Al-an even told me that it was a g…

I am reading in other topic that the xbox version is far behind the pc version. I suppose that then it makes sense... I mean, makes sense that the primary containment facility is still broken after so many years in the pc version i… -
I finished the game 5 times already and never got any of those problems. My bugs are only in the final facility. But I play on pc. I suppose that some some problems are more common in different platforms.
I must say that... well... I am … -

The problem is that you are trying to make the seatruck either better than the cyclops or better than the seamoth, or a replacement and it's not any of those. And it shouldn't be. The seatruck is its own thing. With two modules it … -
In my opinion the developers have abandoned the original subnautica. The primary content facility is absolutely bugged, almost broken, apparently it has been that way for years. But they don't care because you still can finish the game so WHATEVER.<…

I think that the seatruck is great for starters. It's versatile and it adapts to the player. It's not the seamoth and it's not the cyclops.
And I am ok with that. It offers different stuff. The cyclops is too clumsy to be used too often … -
I had no problems at all in my first experience and I played blind. I just built a tube because I didn't know that the multipurpuse room existed and it worked fine. I fail to find the problem here. I think that the moment I got the multipurpuse room…

I have played a lot of hours during this update, but I never played before so I don't know what changed.
But I think I have seen most of what's here. I want to give my impressions.
