Agree we this. As always Bugzapper you're on the same thoughts as mine ;)
  • I think we need to have a solid rock to build on rather than a sand beach...
  • maybe using floaters to make some stratosherical balloons ? or using as part for a ship or a flying devince ? ;)

  • None of them.
    I think Dragon-squid is much better :D
  • Hi all

I think dev may rework the sas of the base, because they are totally unreallistic. But if they are like that for not bothering the player by waiting the flooding/draining of the room so I won't complain ^^
  • Hi there

  • It was already discuss in another poll, using a sonar sytem to make it.
Dev are open to that, it's in brainstorm.

  • There's two situation where I could find robot don't break immersion :

    - as a drone built by our own-pretty-and-not-accurate-hands

    - guarding/preserving some alien city in deep sea/undergroung sea cave

  • Le problème de la javel c'est que c'est pas franchement un truc à boire :D

le plus proche à mon sens est eau pasteurisé…

Yes I was thinking the same. And I was thinking about the big flying dolphin we can see in Ecco the dolphin 2 on megadrive. This though may be a little childish, but the idea behind is great. Reefback (or a new species) is great in…
  • I'm not really agree with this. Even if we have some "drifting" things, I think they are not suitable for any landed creatures.

Besides, this not Earth, so why copy the same scheme ? Make us dream with no kind of creatures we never saw (…
  • Subs (and other vehicles (where is my plane ?! :D) are essential to the game.

But to made them we need a base to collec…

  • We don't really know the state of the story and the state of humanity.
Has I understand the game so far, it was a colonization mission. But was it for the sake of humanity or just another boring mission ? I don't know.

  • Salut, voici mes propositions

Bleach => eau pasteurisée ou javel
Constructor => chantier de véhicule (je sais c'est un peu long mais ca désigne parfaitement ce que c'est)
    Creepvine => Vigne Or…
  • I see your point but there is a big difference between killing for a meal and killing just to defend oursselves. I like the way predators can be very dangerous and don't be beaten.

But killing a predator to eat it make sense too...
  • A continent (or maybe a real isle) may be possible, but I think the age of the planet is really young, like the mid cenozoic and mid jurassic, before aquatic creatures become landed creatures.
It would be cool to have a real land, but a small …
  • Steam forums are uninterestings because people whine, run in circles and don't think (if I'm a little arsh, my apologyze, but it's mi opinion), and they are MORE chaotic than this forum. Simply said, here it's warm and friendly, there it's an empty …

  • I agree with you for most of what you say.

But I don't think the food/water system is so outlined because of the lenght of day/night cycle and the lack of rest option. In fact, we need to eat/drink 1 time per day and night (approximative…

Your idea is pretty similar of mine. And to clarify my thoughts, Atelier Iris series (for those of you who played it) is good example of what …
  • I agree the thoughts of Seldkam, but I have a little suggestion.

Why don't cut the apple in two (sorry, I think this saying is french only ?) ?

  • I had an idea totally out of the blue. I'm a rpg player, so I love stories and stats (like bugzapper wrote), but I fall in love with games where we can build things thanks to our environment.

All that say, and since there is health, oxyg…
  • your story is great Bugzapper.

About moonpole, I must agree with you, but it's I don't think we really using it at very big depth, until they add the pressure sytem (if they did so...).
