I was just going on the modern use of the term. As in pretty much any vehicle with off road ground capability. Tho having such a useless blueprint in the game would still be hilarious. -

I don't see how this compliments the Seamoth. We have 2 subs already: the Seamoth (when speed, small size, and maneuverability is needed) and the Cyclops (when heavy armor, deeper depths, and rapid resupply are needed)
