  • No, I don't believe I bought as a gift...I did send a report to Humble Bundle though. They told me they will get back with me as soon as possible.

  • It was an online digital purchase. I purchased from the NS2 (naturalselection2.com) and it gave me the option to either purchase with paypal or Amazon so I chose amazon. The provider I think was Humble Bundle.
