LMAO! I guess they never learned how annoying it was to the playerbase having core mechanics of the game changed every week. Reading that bolded part seriously made me laugh out loud. Maybe they can change the hive structure locati… -
hey mendasp, saw your post on reddit! i don't even play the game anymore, but your mod was that good, i sent in a password reset to this now misleading username to show some support.
your mod is easily the best i've used in ANY ga… -

Had a similar problem with a troll a while ago that was griefing nonstop on a bunch of servers. We would kick him and he would rejoin instantly and continue trolling as if nothing happened because the votekick system is worthless. He eventually clea…

Yes, you are wrong, yet again. There aren't even any 120hz OLED monitors on the market, let alone trying to even find a standard 60hz OLED monitor. -

It's not "eye candy", you're actually getting more visual information your brain can process. -

You are naive. Nobody goes out and buys a high refresh rate panel for the lower input latency. If people really wanted an advantage in input latency, they would buy one of the many CRT monitors that have the lowest input latency of… -

That visual difference is the whole point of 120/140hz monitors. You get over double the visual frames. This will give you superior target tracking and something crazy like 10ms+ of less motion blur/streaking. That is a huge advant… -
Sounds great on paper, but the rate of these votes passing on pubs is very low on NA servers. The votes typically only get brought up after 3+ matches of continuous stacking and people finally get fed up. I don't see this affecting pub play much and…

150,000+ people participated in a ladder 3 months ago. That doesn't even account for ranked and unranked pub players. Those numbers surpass a solid playerbase.

It doesn't matter if it's "the hardest game ever". It had matchmaking and a large player pool. No one who buys the game on sale is going to be pitted against "B-team korean pros", lol. A casual could buy the game and have fun becau… -
Really? We're comparing an indie game that probably had little to no advertising budget to a Blizzard game and comparing player base? LOL
Take a minute to realize Blizzard spends millions on advertising their games. They had national TV … -
No, a handicap wouldn't help and it's a dumb suggestion. You want this game to get a larger player base? You need to dumb down the gameplay mechanics. It's as simple as that. Everything down to the map layouts are just too overwhelming for the avera…

I prefer to control what I do with my babblers myself and wouldn't want some automated check down list they go react to. Why anyone would want less control of them, I personally don't understand. And I also think Babblers are fine and serve as a gre…

The game is constantly mentioned as being asymmetrical when comparing things in the past between Alien vs Marine (why does X have a better Y than Z), but now it's time to make direct comparisons to try and prove a point? Lets not f… -

You don't need a week to see there is a problem. It's not like it's some complex scenario here. Shoot tunnel, it dies X seconds. If it's not a problem, lets nerf the phase gate to die as fast and call it a day?

Medpack trick on close spawns gives you absolutely no advantage! Marines will engage Aliens at the shared RT just as fast as the medpack trick. The only time medpack trick is useful is on the large distance spawns.

These are all just moot points. It doesn't matter the scenarios you want to make up, the final result is a marine shooting a tunnel and them going down too fast.

Clogs aren't going to do much, if anything at all. And at start Gorge cannot afford Hydras. Gorges defenses are also very weak, everyone just runs by them to get out of range or stands at a distance and shoots them without being at…Please return Gorge tunnels to their previous state. After a few days of trying it out, this change doesn't work well on the 22-24 slot servers. Even after mysting a tunnel to full maturity, they still get destroyed too fast when targeted by a group…I will leave these here;

I did indeed read your post. Was just showing it happens very frequently, this being the 4th time I've seen it. Maybe CDT can put a min distance between structures that are spawned randomly.
And I don't get why you're u…More shoddy IP spawns:
Is there a reason why tunnels were nerfed? In pub play they always get decimated within seconds as people are always yelling out to focus fire them. You always end up with 3+ guys shooting and melting a tunnel down in seconds, even with a crag.
Anyone else getting crashing? Had one spawning and another while randomly commanding. And please fix the 2 ip spawn placements, this throws off the flow of the base and makes it easy for Gorges:
