I suppose, Sanctuary is that precursor alien facility, which have entrance in twisty bridges area. Its not in that deep twisty bridges from March update, its a little higher. You will find there that big "cube" from where Alan is downloaded :-)

Thx very much. As far as I studied those files, I think it does following:
mass_convert.bat:
will convert mesh files in *.dat format into OBJ by using mesh2obj.lua script. It will also recalculate coords like you said before.

I have experienced it too. The best solution I found so far, is to let run battery to zero and let the game show notification, that battery ran out. Then press "R" to change it. It never bugged for me, when I did it that way.
