They are now Clusters instead of just seeds, and are 2x2. They also can't be put in the Aquariums, I hope its not intended. (View Post) -

It makes sense given that its part of the most basic base. Foundation, Tube, Hatch, Power. The Solar Panel fragments make the most sense being found in the shallows. (View Post)
