Bytor, those are great! i like the simplicity. sorry i've been gone for so long everyone, had some serious issues with my internet connection ( damn earthlink to an everlasting hell !! )
I'm working on making my maps a little easier to read. rest assured that I will be doing the rest of them, I'm just a little busy with other things right now.
If anyone else has maps they'd like to post, please feel free... the more, the better.

(I would like to take the liberty to add all the weld points). You'll get credit, of course.
-_-<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd--> I would prefer if you just linked to my site ... the main reason being that I don't want to deal with having multiple versions of the maps out there as I do updates.
PJ is currently adding weld points to my maps, but feel free to add them yourself and send them to me ... I'll cross-check them to make sure none are missed.
Someone made a post before on how you can go into developer mode and look at the map from above but I think it said the ready room gets in the way.(Ready room is above the map.)
Killer... That's why they made the maps. I don't really think it would help making them "smaller" (if that's what you mean) or am i missunderstanding you?
I'm pretty sure he was asking why someone hadn't made a set of replacement sprite files for the overheads with extra detail, such as hive and resource locations so they could be seen by the comm whilst playing.

Hey all ... I made an update to my maps. First, I was missing a vent on Eclipse. The vent was there, but not colored in red. Thanks to the person that pointed this out via email. (I deleted the email and don't remember the name.)
Second, all maps have weld point markings now, except Eclipse, which has no weld points. Thanks go to PJ for adding those for me.
Hey nice one bytor, i'm using your maps atm for tactics. It would help a lot if you rearranged the Keys and the comments away from the sides, that way if you want to print them out you can print them bigger. E.g. Hera is the worst- its key takes up about a third of the page width, if you moved that to the bottom it would be great!!
Also if you could take out all the white space around the images (most image editing tools have a function to do this in) that would be helpful.
I prefer some whitespace around the images. That way they look better in the viewer program that I wrote (and on web pages.) However, I did upload the photoshop layers files if you want to tweak them to your personal preference.
darn what happened to the other maps`*sob* the ones he hasnt finished yet? i love their look! If you are still alive, countinue your work please its appreciated! <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
I know you are probably really busy, Tenaku, but those maps were great. I hope you can get around to finishing them off. And your overhead mapmaker dev kit would be nice, too.
someone need to make ns_lost maps for those newbies <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
