Oh gods I loled, how the hell did he even manage that? I guess the opponent was kinda crap, couldn't really tell at this speed but it seemed he never attacked the SCVs repairing the fortresses.

just played a ffa, one guy dropped then i dominated the other two with a massive roach swarm. destroyed everything except like 5 mutas and an extractor on one guys team, and he came and killed everything before i could get any anti air with those 5 mutas. gah. in the end it came down to me planting hatcheries all over the map hoping one would be able to get up a queen before he killed them with his mutas. i lost to a guy with 5 mutas and an extractor. gaaah.

On another note, I have noticed a bug I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Yesterday I played as zerg against my friend who was terran, he had a couple of ghosts nuking me a little now and then. I got the blinking light, the verbal warning of "nuclear launch detected" yadda yadda. However, when I swarmed him with a large army I suddenly got a nuke in the middle of it, straight out of the blue. I got no verbal warning at all, the tiny light probably just went unnoticed. He managed to do this twice and it nearly cost me the match, I think other warnings such as "units under attack" and maybe even the addition of unit voices canceled out the nuke warning. Surely this cannot be right? On the other hand, it might be my particular audio software/hardware which causes it. Still, annoying as hell.

i've never seen a 2v2 with decent players amount to anything more than which team can rush one player faster, then clean up the second player. either that happens, or both teams aren't very good. or its a shared base, but hardly anyone plays that map.

i have found a problem with zerg. they have absolutely no tier 1 AA. terran has marines, toss has stalkers, the earliest AA zerg has is hydras or mutas, which require a hatchery upgrade and another tech building, a minimum of 3 buildings. since zerg's power lies in it's speed to get a force, this focus on teching usually promises a loss for zerg. if they don't tech up quickly then they can get taken out by a minimal air force by another team that can focus on teching more ably, like terran who can turtle.
