    "make skulk movement more skilled."
    Isn't he already skill based?
    What will be changed?

they really need to say what actually is changing in movement, and why only skulk?
    fade needs huge movement boost.

aliens should be as agile as they were in ns1, race requires agile movement.

as for slow on hit, seriously needs to be gone, completely.

Because we can't do 50 things at once? Skulk is first in line, because skulk vs marine is the core combat and important to get right. After that, we'll probably move onto the Lerk, and then look into the Fade. Some additions to the movement code may even translate across all player classes.

Good to hear that you are gonna make slow on landing(after jumping) or something similar.
Looking forward to see the new tweaks in movement :)
As for slow on damage, it need to be removed from everything except melee damage. It's great for rifle melee and alien melee. But bullets/flames/explosions that slow your melee class down so you are nearly unable to move, that doesnt work. I know many said this before, just giving in my report :)

Haha, I wrote that a while ago, I am still learning this web stuff!

    The JSON urls are:

    <a href="http://unknownworldsstats.appspot.com/displayendgamestats?version=180&output=json" target="_blank">http://unknownworldsstats.appspot.com/disp...amp;output=json</a>

    and for a callback:

    <a href="http://unknownworldsstats.appspot.com/displayendgamestats?version=180&callback=functionName" target="_blank">http://unknownworldsstats.appspot.com/disp...ck=functionName</a>

These work for our kill stats too.

    <a href="http://unknownworldsstats.appspot.com/statkilldata?map=ns2_summit&version=180" target="_blank">http://unknownworldsstats.appspot.com/stat...amp;version=180</a>

    <a href="http://unknownworldsstats.appspot.com/statkilldata?map=ns2_summit&version=180&callback=functionName" target="_blank">http://unknownworldsstats.appspot.com/stat...ck=functionName</a>

I am working on a visualizer for the kill stats here and there but a few people have already created some decent ones if you look around.

While you guys are testing stuff, check to make sure you cant initiate a powerfull swipe and blink in at the same time, had a death as a marine vs a Fade whereas I as a fully healthy marine went down to 1 hit from a Fade who blinked into me while I watched..ie it was no sneaky fade, the dude just blinked at me and I instantly died.
I suspect the game allows you to start the powerfull swipe attack and blink in before it lands...thus the attack lands as you come out of blink.

That just sounds like they were clever with timing and ability use if they pulled it off. Considering how circumstantial that attack can be it's nice to see some sneaky use of it I guess.

Though, I'm sure it'll become at least a little more useful once tickrates and framerates in general improve.

Nice on getting 182 so fast. These issues are rather game-breaking at the moment. Too many people use the bite exploit that public games are no fun.

Lerk hitbox to include wings now? Great! Just hope it doesn't make them so vulnerable that they are useless, but we'll see.

yeah, I knew people would start to abuse the bite bug, but also knew that if it was more known that they'd fix it sooner rather than later. I'm glad to see these quick changes being made, awesome stuff. =)

Definitely, it also most likely means a reduction in patching costs from Steam. (Developers have to pay to put out patches from what I understand)

Yeah, they are adding the wing hitboxes and reverting back spore damage. They aren't thinking. Bigger hitboxes = easier to die, = reduce spore damage, but not back to original damage.
