Seriously tho, UWE have great public communications. The only other game company I've seen with such comprehensive public dialogue is CCP (Eve Online.)
In threads like this I like to go back to basics. Remember the <a href="http://www.penny-arcade.com/comic/2004/03/19" target="_blank">greater internet ######wad theory</a> and don't feed the trolls.
