We are live, transmitting from the south of the carcass of Aurora, with Dr. Himmelreich, head of the recently open James Anderson Institute for Medical and Technological Research. Also, as of now, hundreds, if not thousands are flocking the Institute, beings of the most diverse species, I can see Reapers, Crabsquids, Peepers, Stalkers, Sandsharks... I can't even say how many, and the perspective is to only go up, both on numbers and diversity.
(True wall of text. Using the spoilers BBcode because of that)
Reporter: Good evening, doctor.
Dr. Himmelreich: Good evening.
R: Could you tell us about the Institute? What about it's name?
H: Certainly. The institute was named in honor of our late Captain, James Anderson. He sough a cure for the affliction known as Carar, but, unfortunately he perished before being able to achieve it. It is because of that, the will to keep going by his own means, even working and befriending the ones who are the true antithesis of his ideology, together with calling out facing against a then nummerous foe. Let me ask you, why shouldn't we honor him this way?
R: Good answer. What are the Institute goals:
H: The Institute aims to research therapies and treatment for diseases, plus weapon technologies. We are also the responsibles for manufacturing and administering this therapies to the public. Our main focus right now is the Carar bacterium.
R: What can you tell me about the Carar?
H: According to the research retrieved on the Precursor bases, and our own during the conflict between the FMMA and the GSCS, we can say this about the Carar. It's a bacterium adapted to water introduced on the ecossystem of this planet at least 1000 years ago, by an advanced species only known as "Precursors". The bacterium isn't indigenous to this planet, and the motivation for research by the Precursors came from the fact the bacterium was making enormous loses on this species, such so they sent samples it to be researched here. Why they chose this planet is unknown. During it's research, they came upon the discovery of a native species of this planet, only refenced as "Emperor", which is described to be immune to the Carar - either by destroying the bacterium or creating an impossible ambient for it to develop. At a later date, it was reported that one of the test subjects from the "leviathan" confinement, this one contaminated with Carar, escaped, and destroyed the installation it was held. We called him "patient zero", for he was the first infected with the bacterium and started an outbreak that eliminated the majority of life on this planet at that time. The bacterium then remained on the ecossystem. The bacterium is highly mutagenic and resistant to ambiental and biological influence.
R: What are the symptoms?
H: The records of the symptoms shows it simmilar to the flu. Further, it develops tumour around different parts of the body, leading to pneumonia, bleeding on urine and faeces, blood upon coughing, yellow tumours around the skin. It's important to note, however, that this list isn't even the most common simptoms, Because of the nature of the bacterium, it's very likely that the infection may present the most diverse set of simptoms anyone on this planet ever seen - even the medical records on the Aurora vessel didn't show anything near it. But we can safely say that it starts with a flu-like simptoms, and the advanced stage is the skin tumours.
R: Terryfing. How the research was mainly developed?
H: We studied the Shoal refugees controlled by the nanobots. This two things gave us a really deep understanding about the bacterium.
R: ...you used the refugees?
H: Yes, we did.
R:Isn't it...too cruel?
H: Cruel? My dear boy, we are fighting a war against a microbe, and we are losing it. Everyone is. Entire biomes are filled with floating, dead and decomposing bodies everywhere. Some refugees died during our watch, yes, but we managed to save 80% of their original total population. Because of this "cruelty", we developed a therapy capable of halting the infection on any and all patients, no matter in which stage of the infection the patient is, and no matter what species he is. We can worry about this supposed "cruelty" once we become sure there will be people alive to worry about it.
R: ...
H: This is the hard truth. It's naturally hard to swallow.
R:...yes. Moving on. You mentioned therapy. Why not cure:
H: Because there's no known cure to the bacterium.
R:But you have a therapy.
H: Yes.
R: Then, I don't understand.
H: Our therapy can halt the infections - which means we can predict actions of the bacterium and halt them. But, because of the nature of the bacterium, being a highly mutagenic one, we must keep this as a therapy, for there might appear something on the patient that the previous application of the therapy didn't expect. Because the bacterium is still on the patient, developing and creating new problems, therapy isn't enough to cure. The only known cure, or the only thing close enough to being a cure, is with the "Emperor" entity, which, I believe, was the responsible for the disappearance of our leader Aurora.
R: And what about the accusation of the leader of the GSCS? That the "Tin Cans" allowed many to die because we didn't used antibiotics?
H: First of all, that individual is as an imbecile as he is a megalomaniacal. That's a fact. Second of all, Aurora went down on that accursed cave and vanishing because of the lead on a true cure, that being related to this "Emperor". No matter what he says, the truth is the cure is where our leader vanished. That's a fact, no matter whether that...representant believes or not. If we could solve it with antibiotics, we would already have done it. Remember our prime directive, Research and elimination of Carar? Remember that, boy? We didn't used antibiotics on a large scale because THEY DON'T WORK! The Precursors, much more advanced than us, couldn't eliminate the Carar - and do you thing they didn't though about antibiotics? Really?
R: But, what about their current actions against the bacterium?
H: Oh, what actions? Eliminate everyone infected? Wasn't that the original function of the Warpers? The only thing that's happening is that idiot don't know what to do and is trying to appear strong, while being the weakest of any of us. And I hope that @Jamezorg hears this: the Shoal, your new friend, will go after what remained of your population (remember the infected), and most probably, yourself. You are sick, aren't you? The REAL danger of the Shoals actions is one: control. Please, did you really fall for that hoax about "sending gene modified individuals to repopulate the ocean". Who do you think this individuals will serve?
R: Wait, could you repeat that?
H: Certainly. Who do you think this "gene-modded" or incubated individuals will serve? No one but the Shoal. Sure, they may appear as crabsquids on the exterior, but on the interior, they would be all Shoal. Please, asking it for a egg in return to help with repopulation? And they fell for that? The only thing the N-LAP is managing to do is filling his ranks with spies who would turn on them at a moment's notice. Do you remember what Liternaut HAL said? Their first plan to quarantine the sick - to let them die - and take the healthy - to become sick? Join this with this "repopulation program".
R: Do you really believe this?
H: Yes, I do.
R: Ok. What can we expect when we go to the facilities?
H: First? Military. This facility is protected. Second, the treatment.
R: How much are you charging?
H: It's free. It also inexpensive for us to produce the components of the therapy. We are basically owning nothing, while spending nothing.
R:How?
H: That's the magic of fabrication, my friend.
R: Ok thanks for your time, doctor.
H: The pleasure was mine. As a final note: we shall receive anyone that come for help. No matter if their representatives are allies, neutral or enemies of the FMMA. We don't care about your political allegiance. Our only worry is their well being, and our objective is the elimination of the Carar. Don't be afraid to seek us, even if your leaders dislike and suspect the FMMA. To our esteemed coleagues at the University of Adaton, we do not see you as competition, much on the contrary. We see you as allies against a terrible foe. We are anxious to start working with you once this crisis is over.
H: And, also, it is of my knowledge that the Shoal refugees shall be released, without the nanobots, on a near future.
Now, the Pictures taken on the facility. We can see the crowd flocking the facility, searching for something that for sure shall alleviate their suffering.

FMMA, we of the UCR have decided to help you with the cure. As warriors, we can locate this "patient zero" that you spoke of. The highest likelihood of the location of this patient zero is either in the Lost River, or the the Inactive Lava Zone. My trusted captain "Captain Anguis" will lead the expedition into the Lost River, and I will lead the expedition into the Lava Zone. We hope to locate Patient Zero, persuade him to willingly come with us for research. Or die trying.
Also, should the expedition in the Lava Zone be fruitless, we will change objectives to find the lost PRAWN expedition that was lost some time ago. Hopefully, we will be able to find a lead to the cure of the Carar.
We will report our finds once we have found evidence of the cure, or if we have tried in vain.
If any other factions wish to join us in these expeditions, we would not object. Regardless of species.
Why Does Nobody Care About The Rich Clan. They Protect Earth. *Insert The Higher Boldness Level Here* They Dont Care About Themselves.
This is not Earth. This is Planet 4546B. Your interference in our politics is dangerous.
As a side not, I apologise for my absence. I have been on holiday in New Zealand, and Internet access is very tightly controlled where I'm staying.
For the record, I do not know why only a few Warpers followed my lead. My command was Priority Alpha. If my own agents would not follow a direct command from myself, then that means someone has reprogrammed them behind my back. I will very disappointed in you, phantomfinch, if I find out that you were the one who reprogrammed them. Don't come to us when the Carar outbreak becomes severe.
Anyways. I send my condolences to the late President; A tragic waste of our leadership, and a consequence of that silly civil war.
I appreciate the N-LAP for providing sanctuary within the lost river base, but I understand that our conflicting views on technology will negatively impact further cooperation.
I'm stationing agents at the Lost river base and the precursor Gun in case any further conflict is to occur, so that they may be placed under lockdown.
@Casual_Player, While we thank you for your kindness in the Aurora cleanup, as precursor constructs we hold full ownership of the precursor array. We kindly wish for you to ensure your security measurements do not target any agents attempting maintenance of the facility.
Hello. I am Aurora, the current leader of the Foreign Migration Minorities Advocates, FMMA.
Concerning the Precursor Array, as far as I understand, it's current ownership belongs to me. It happened during a brutal conflict between the GSCS and the FMMA. I will glady turn over the ownership of the weapon to you once the situation concerning the Carar is resolved, and I am assured the weapon shall not be used outside it's primary purpose, this use being made by you or anyone who manages to get the weapon from your hands. Unfortunately, the talks about the ownership are going to be on hold, resuming once my expedition to the last Precursor bases are done, and this whole problem is resolved for good.
About the maintenance, any and all technicians sent shall be well received. The requirements for this are:
- A list with the name of each agent designed for maintenance must be send on advance.
- the technicians will be escorted at all times during the entrance, maintenance operations, and exit from the Precursor Array. Any suspicious activity by any one of the agents of this maintenance team shall result on arrest of the involved agent(s) by the FMMA, plus the temporary custody of the remaining team on FMMA bases, until the investigation regarding this actions ends. You shall be communicated about each steps ofthe investigations, and we will accept any help from you if that means ending it faster without complications or errors.
- Agents which suspicions actions were validated as such by the investigators shall respond to the FMMA as terrorists.
- The only occasions my troops will attack anything or anyone is if such individuals show intention on taking possession of the site, makes research about my forces at the site, and related suspicious behaviour, including detonating or firing the weapon.
- If a group approaches the base without malicious intent, but the FMMA didn't receive any request for boarding the weapon together with a list of the identification of the personnel, this team will be asked to leave. If such a group tries to force their way in, they shall be put on custody of the FMMA, until a certified representative of your arrives to return them to their homes.
All of our actions are recorded without interruptions, and the recordings may be available to inspection pending request of investigations, or authorised by me.
Please understand. The misuse of Precursor technology already lead to the loss of someone very dear to the FMMA, the late Captain James Anderson. Precursor technology used by the GSCS. I am not going to commit the mistake of handing over such equipment to anyone else untill I'm assured it will not be used on such fashion again.
Also, during the conflict between the FMMA and the GSCS, we took hold of some Warper agents previously loyal to the Shoal. I would like to start talks with you about their returning to you. I don't know where their loyalties will lie when they are returned and without my nanobots.
Thank you for your time

My god I have found a temporary solution to the carar problem. With the warper factory's being out of commission for the last few milenia. The warpers effectiveness has slowly decrease with each death. But since I have control of these factory, I can contain the I infection.

You fool! Killing those will only spread the disease further! We need to study the organism in order to cure it! My agents were supposed to maintain health and well-being, not instigate genocide!! You have stooped to levels the NVP wouldn't dare to reach.
That Communist has gone mad with the power of the Agent Fabrication Facility, for he now has the capacity to raise his own private army. On top of that, he dares to try to bring me back to his side?!
Enough fooling around. I must personally make haste to the Precursor Thermal Generator. Hopefully my agents stationed there have managed to repel the Empire's onslaught.
The last record of the EP Code shall solve these Red Problems.

We thank you for your help. We need all that we can get.
If you really want to represent, you just have to be consistent with your posts. And hopefully they're kept as relevant as possible, we don't want another Julian problem.
You wound me, sir. Though I could do with being more consistent. It is a radically different position to be a representative than in being an outside observer, concerned citizen, refugee, and patient.
I hear they even spawned the Subnautican Senate when they won the Grand Reef Election.
This is precisely my thought, we cannot ignore the voices of our people if we wish for peace to return. Dominance by one party or another has only lead us to war and power struggles. We have seen three different sides vie to become the first to commit genocide against another. We must move past this. I propose the establishment of a bicameral congress, one which is based on population and the other based on even representation to weigh the needs of species that reproduce quickly against those that reproduce slowly. The parties that are present on the given council are based on the percentage of votes, not allowing a winner-takes-all system that alienates smaller perspectives. It is time to put the war behind us, the reaper is as valuable a member of the ecosystem as the biter or the reefback. We will either survive together or, I fear, not at all. A unified council, even representing different needs, will be able to work through problems without the devastating consequences we have seen over the past years of warfare.
The EPCA accepts the terms of the Union as it stands.
Priority one is the carar. We are able to influence the tiger plants on our backs and are more than willing to give fire support for the efforts in the lost river and lava zones. You will find our shells are a much tougher defense than the thin armor of an exosuit. As this effort is already being led, we offer you our assistance in this matter. Please direct us to where we can be of the most use.
We will also support the PH/SP having the weapon once again under their control and offer our defenses to assist in ensuring that the device is kept in the proper hands and also that it is not used inappropriately. The ECPA is also willing to take ownership to guarantee against misuse. We wish for peace and will not use it for any improper purpose. Should the Shoal attempt to take it by force there is little that the biters can do to us, their little teeth have nary an effect on our carapace and they would die in droves from the armaments we carry on our backs. We beseech the Shoal that should they have a dire need for such a weapon that they channel it diplomatically and we can take care of the problem together, peacefully.
@ResolutionBlaze There are a number of inquiries I have of the esteemed NVP representative. Firstly, the plan to drop the Aurora's remains into the void sets it into the territory of reapers beyond our borders, do you have any objection to this? Second, given the devastation to the stalker population does the NVP have need of the scrap metal before it is removed?
My third inquiry...: As you know firsthand the devastation that the war caused, not only to the fish but to the plant as well, and is something we wish to assist in healing first hand. When the caraar is taken care of and the radiation fixed would the NVP agree to a moratorium to hunting reefbacks for a given duration? This request is so that we may work unhindered in restoring the devastated reefs and plant life. I am sure you are well aware that without a healthy plant base to the food chain the ecosystem will not recover and your food supplies will dwindle until you face famine. Until we all face famine. I believe allowing us to repopulate the base of the food chain unhindered will speed recovery, a victory for everyone.
The Reapers outside of our borders see me as a friend. The wreck being moved will not disturb them. The Reapers make homes in the walls of the Dropoff. The wreckage will sink into lands unknown even to us.
Stalkers are protective of their hoard. Reducing the metal scrap is adisable with caution. Start in the Shallows to avoid getting into a hoard.
Of course, we can conform to this change for the time being. Be sure not to introduce any invasive species across biomes.
The eggs are secure. We will develop the cure useing the precursor technology. It will then be dispatched to the deep grand reef and all other infected areas

Of course, I only wish to ensure that such a move would not disturb the peace. I mean to ask if the stalkers needed more scrap metal before the aurora is dropped off the edge, not to remove what is already there from their territory. I am uncertain precisely what it is used for, but it seems quite important so we will do our best to ensure that need is met.
Your cooperation is deeply appreciated. We will take utmost care not to upset the natural ecosystems with invasives. However, when it comes to the Dunes and Mountains I will require your counsel on what to plant if anything. A more vibrant system in your own territories I believe would benefit you, but I leave the planning in NVP territory up to you. Just let us know when you are ready for the work to begin.
@Casual_Player I am pleased to report the necessary paperwork has been filed and sample delivered. We now have a unit 7 reefbacks of the following configurations: 3 crash, 2 tiger, a ram and a close support, forming the Phalanx unit. They are holding a defensive position just outside the lava zone.. The 'backs are holding position and awaiting further orders, however we have sent a number of peepers into the caves to scout. We request all pertinent intel currently on file, we will of course share whatever intel we gather.
A unit of 3 reefbacks in the following configurations have been sent to the array: 2 tiger and a support, forming the Bastion unit. Also holding defensive positions and awaiting command. Likewise, peepers have been sent out as sentries and scouts with regular, shifting rotation patterns. If the defensive net is breached, we will know immediately and provide intel as soon as possible.
I will supervise my forces and assist as needed, but these units are officially on loan to streamline the chain of command at the battlefield locations.

The Dunes have been empty for a long time. The ground would either be too infertile to grow anything or the sheer amount of Reapers in the area. Reapers like their space.
We will allow you the a northern chunk of the Dunes to experiment with, closest to the Greater Blood Kelp. See where that gets you.

Red mist floats on the horizon for the General comes to retake his land. And he's bringing a force that could challenge the precursors themselfs, unristriced repopulation for a whole month could change a biter though, and news of the scourge could break a man. Or transform him.

BREAKING NEWS: Shoal's cure? Hoax or Legitimate thing?
Good evening. We interrupt our scheldule programs to bring you this news.
Thanks to the efforts of "Umbra", FMMA acquired several samples of what's being called Shoal's cure. All this samples were taken on the most different stages of research and production on the Shoal's facilities, namely the ones using Precursor technology. "Umbra" had this to say about the operation:
"Looks like having someone like phantonfinch leading an opposing faction has it's perks. Who would knew so many dislike and fear him?"
Now, together with the arrival of the drop pods with the Shoal's cure, the FMMA Medical and Public Health Council released this statement:
"We recently got the opportunity to examine the proclaimed cure being sent by the Shoal. While it does indeed helps with the infection, it is not a true cure, for it does not eliminate the bacterium from the host's system. The product currently under distribution by the Shoal works as an analogue to the FMMA therapy. That means it also has the capacity of eliminating tummoral grows caused by the bacterium - and also, as recently discovered by dr. Himmelreich, mutation of the host caused by the bacterium - the same effects offered by the FMMA therapy. While the FMMA advises against the use of the Shoal therapeutic method, for it lacks the extensive testing required to be released to the general population (grabbing eggs, sucking something and throwing it around while announcing it being the cure), this exhaustive testing was made by the FMMA during the development of our therapy, we also understand the urgency of it for many in need of more immediate help. Due to the devastation caused by the Carar, we recommend the use of the Shoal therapy if you are unable to visit the James Anderson Institute, but remember that, for you continued survival, you'll need semi-frequent doses of the therapy being offered by the Shoal. Because we consider it unsafe - for the lack of testing before it's lauch via...drop pods... ...we ask the populance to be alert for any signs of the disease. If you continue experiencing simptoms related to the Carar, we request you seek medical help immediately, either on your region, or on the FMMA Institute. We also detected unusual components present on this cure's molecular structure, these components being sensitive to outside wave interference, and are responding to it insted of leaving the substance inactive and useless,. With some testing, we 've manage to determine that the most common configurations for the Shoal's cure upon this outside influences, much related to remote control, are related to some powerful narcotics and some configurations of the cure for it to attack the patient, with a terrifying degree of effectiviness. It's strange, but not unlikely, that these programations for the cure can be arranged, seeing that it was made with Precursor technology. While noble in there dedication to find a cure for this drug, I only imagine if it was... their only motivation. The drug works fine by itself, but seeing how easy it is to change it to something not related to it's original purpose,by a remote component, it's strange.
Thank you for your time."
FMA Medical and Public Health Council
Dr. Himmelreich also declared:
"We will continue to disponibilize our therapy - which is proven safe. I am not going to waste my time here remembering a public of the dangers of the actions being made at large. Also, Prime Minister @Jamezorg, I would like to tell you this: if you want to die either by the Carar or swaring allegiance to a madman, you are free to do it yourself. The only and final act of consideration I have to ask to you is to you free your citizens to save themselves if they don't want to stay under the control of the Shoal, and by that I mean to stop humiliating yourself trying to convince the public of the Shoal's "good intentions".
Also, the engineering team on Aurora send a declaration regarding the carcassand therepresentative of NVP, @ResolutionBlaze
"It's done. Mr. representative of the NVP, we finally manage to cut the carcass of Aurora into smaller pieces, and the generator room is safely deactivated and sealed for good. If the Reapers start working sending the debris to the Void, even on a slow pace, we calculate the carcass will be completely eliminated on the max period of 1 month."
Thank you, and now continuing the normal scheldule.

THE ISLAND FLOATS AGAIN
with the shoals resent care packages landing in the grand reef. The carar there has been completely eliminated. Warpers that traveled with the drop pod then resealed the entrance to the lost river to slow contamination. So far 5 out of the eight drop pods have landed in their designated landing zone. Drop pods allocated to the crash zone were shot down by aurora's point defence system further making delays on the next batch. The scientists say it "should improve on any faults the last batch had".
There have been also rumours in the R and D department about a new precursor devise nicknamed the "precursor crawler" only time will tell on its intended purpose.
The eggs are secure. We will develop the cure useing the precursor technology. It will then be dispatched to the deep grand reef and all other infected areas

Fine. However, I have managed to return from the Lava Castle. My Agents there have fortified it against the Empire, and I have recovered the EP code. I will not be hesitant to use it against @phantomfinch if he:
A. Hoards the cure to himself, and only distributes it to everyone else once they have met improbable demands.
B. Uses his new "Warpers" as his own private army.
I'm watching and waiting, @phantomfinch , make your move.

This is Captain Anguis, reporting from the Lost River.
My team, consisting of 17 Crabsnakes, 5 Mesmers, 8 Stalkers, and 2 Crabsquids have finished searching the Lost River for Patient Zero.
We report a negative on the target.
However, we did find something very interesting.
There is a large Precursor base down here. With the help of the nearby, friendly Warpers, we were able to enter the structure. From what shape the creatures are in here, either the structure is extremely old, or it was a testing facility for the Carar. Hundreds of skeletons litter the tanks, some fish species are recognizable, most were not.
And a curious oddity was found in a chamber kept in a still functional electric locked door. It is a good thing that we brought along some Crabsquids. This chamber was larger than the rest, and was littered with machines, viles, garbage, and most curiously, eggs. About 20 eggs were strewn about, all about the size of a Stalker. A large screen suddenly came on in the center of the room playing images that were horrific. They were all in the fatal stages of the Carar, covered in black green organic mesh, bleeding profusely.
Their eyes had lost any kind of intelligence. A picture flashed on, with a Blighter viciously tearing into a Reefback pup, with such ferocity, that we had to avert our eyes. Both were covered the organic mesh, sprouting mutated limbs. The Reefback had single digit claw sprouting from its back. Many similar pictures came on screen, continuously getting worse, until they were creatures that I could barely recognize. Creatures that looked designed to kill.
Later as we were searching for further evidence of what could have caused such mutations, a Mesmer found a screen buried by equipment. When we uncovered it, a Crabsnake forcefully headbutted it. Why he did such is still a mystery. Nevertheless, the screen turned on, showing a video that was terrifying to say the least.
A single Peeper was in a tank. This Peeper was covered in the telltale green pustules of the Carar. Soon, a panel opened, pushing out a similar egg as the ones surrounding us. The egg began to shiver and crack, and then break. From it, a creature with a swath of tentacles, bio-luminescent antennae on its face, and two fins without claws, in a praying position hatched.
The video quickly switched to another, where the creature was considerably larger, playing with the Peeper. For its size, the large creature seemed to be incredibly docile. Soon, a machine lowered from the ceiling, glowing with a green light. It continued glowing brighter as it took aim at the mystery creature. Suddenly, a brilliant green blaze came from the machine.
All that was left of the creature was a cloud of blue blood.
The Peeper already being in close proximity of the creature was covered in the blood. To our surprise, the large boils on its skin immediately began to shrink, until they disappeared completely. We were overjoyed, we had found a possible cure for the Carar!
Then, the video switched again. This time, the same Peeper, with no boils in sight, but on its dorsal fin, the organic mesh was growing. The Peepers eyes began to lose their color, turning a whitish-red. The video began to speed up, and we could see the mesh climb up the Peeper slowly but surely. The Mesh Peeper soon began to slowly grow limbs, jaws with teeth, and a voracious, carnivorous, appetite. The video ended with the Peeper, no longer being a Peeper, but a vile creature, who I could not describe if I tried.
We concluded that this form of cure was too dangerous to come to the surface, and we left all that was in the Precursor Base. We are returning as I speak, we just hope that General Skope had better luck on a cure. I just hope that he didn't find any eggs like the ones we saw. If those Mesh Creatures were to come to the surface, it would be a disaster.
The eggs are secure. We will develop the cure useing the precursor technology. It will then be dispatched to the deep grand reef and all other infected areas
Impact sites will be transmitted shortly

I'm sorry but I thought a warpers intended desighn was to conserve the species, unless your "EP" code can safely deorbit a war ship and convince us that species slavery is a good thing then we can dam well do what we please. Any way we might of broken one of the rules already.
@phantomfinch ... Where did you find those eggs... where did your "cure" come from.
Are you sure that your little "trip" to the ALZ wasn't greatly impeded by the Lava Empire. Are you sure that you didn't find the Secondary research facility before @Skope 's expedition.
My Agents and I will converse with the members of the expedition.

We super charged selected warpers and over clocked their teleportation matrix. The eggs were then hatched and the juvenile emperors were treated with a biological nano virus to increase production of enzyme 42 and reproduce asexually using stem cells as eggs or sperm.
After that they were hooked up to precursor draining devises and they constantly produce enzyme 42 at maximum efficiency. Enzyme 42 is then loaded into droppods and launched retro grade to deorbit
I'm Mot just a simple minded mad man. I'm an intelegent madman.
Captain Anguis? Come in, Captain Anguis? Do you copy, over?
This is the FMMA High Council. Chief Engineer Adam, you are hereby ordered to get your team from Aurora and investigate the last known location of Captain Anguis. Report anything you find.
Aurora Guard team, your orders are to increase your forces. Deploy more patrols around the crash site. Lethal force is authorised upon suspicious activity.
Liternaut HAL, we are sending you some of the new upgraded Cyclops with the Shell Pressure Reinforcement module. This will make them withstand the pressure of your current location, and more.
Precursor Array team, your orders are to increase security and fortify the place. The Precursor Array is now sealed for anyone moving for it, with the only exception being mr. @Enderguy059 maintenance teams. Lethal force is autorised upon suspicious activity.
All units are hereby ordered to shoot down and destroy any and all drop pods and vessels carrying the cure from the Shoal entering FMMA territory. Further research for defense purposes is authorised.
James Anderson Institute, you are to develop a counter-agent to the Shoal's cure and place it on hold. The counter agent wil be released upon suspicious activity being reported by individuals and populations regarding the behaviour related to your research about the manipulation of the cure by a remote agent.
All FMMA troops are ordered to stay on high alert. Omission or dereliction of your duties by whatever reason will be treated as treason, unless you could convince us.

We thank you. The pertinent intel has been made public a while ago, being sent by Aurora during her Expedition. It has been archived as Expedition Journal Logs. A copy of them follows
Expedition Journal Log 1
The expedition is currently inside the ILZ. Contact with outside forces is good.
Contact with one of the foward units is lost. Recordings of fallen unit shows it being attacked by unknown lifeform. More units sent to the area.
While I consider this occurence being worth of investigation, the main objective of our expedition is the Carar, not contacting and discovering new lifeforms. If this short investigation on this lifeform turns to uncover something greater, it shall be put on hold untill our primary objective is concluded, and the cure is available for mass fabrication.
Aurora
Expedition Journal Log 2
The scout probes finished mapping the surrounding area. 75% of them return, some damaged. As for the lost ones, these probes aren't build to last very long, and the naturally hostile enviroment of the ILZ probably have destroyed them.
The team sent to the fallen PRAWN sent their report.
- The units suffered a catastrophic system failure, caused by forced disconnection of the power source from the rest of the unit. Negative readings of radiation or local enviromental contamination by components of the Power Cell suggests it to be separated entirelly from the unit without being damaged on the process.
- There are three types of damage detected on the unit. Two of them located near the Power Cell slot being lacerations vertical and thin. Four lacerations of other type on the legs, being one horizontal and two diagonal, they are thicker than the ones on the top of the unit. The last type of damage is two curvilinear lines on the right arm of the unit, being composed of equidistant incisions with various degrees of thickness, but this appears to be the same on pairs of incisions opposed to each other, but on the same curvilinear line.
- Unidentified substance present on the claw of the left arm of the unit. Analisys couldn't be done for lack of equipment and prepared location to be conducted.
- No bodies of any lifeform were detected on the vicinity. Position of the fallen unit associated with geological formations of the local area suggest accident suffered by the unit.
- Report ends. Team returning to the main force of the expedition.
I have one unit destroyed by something. Maybe it wasn't a lifeform but damage taken from the location the unit was. Some of the geological formations here have the capacity to make such damage.
We will continue forward.
Aurora.
Expedition Journal Log 3
I lost 5 more units since the first one. All to the same, geological formations, and with the same kinds of damage, lacerations or incisions. This is ridiculous. Trained personnel, and they end up destroyed by rocks and heat? Seriously? This equipment can take a lot of punishment, and they die because they fell?
Hm, This will be addressed at a later date. For now, we continue our descend.
Additional notes:
There is a strange, biological-like patch of dirt covering the walls and the ground on some tunnels. We cannot ascertain a pattern here on this patch, but if I may guess, it leads to tunnels and chambers going on other sections further down the region, not on the main path.
Hehe, main path on a cavern system. If we needed clues about the Precursors operating on this planet, then we just found them.
Expedition Journal Log 4
We started using probes and cameras for scouting operations. More units dead, again with the same circunstances.
One of the probes arrived at a tunnel, and the operator reported the following.
-Biological patch cover the entirely ofthe surface of this tunnel.
-The ambient's sensor readings are...strange. Somehow, it seems that this underwater tunnel has more umidity and less (I can't believe I'm saying this on a official report) "ventilation".
-There are structures here reminiscing of...stalker eggs. But these are broken. Wait... the eggs shows signs on Carar infection. I don't believe anyone have seen such a thing before.
-The probe will continue to investigate.
In the meantime, the expedition continues. From our surveillance, it seens we are aproaching a large cavern.
Aurora.
Expedition Journal Log 5
This is the first of two reports made by the camera operator.
-Detected intact cluster of what appear to be stalker eggs. Biological biofilm is adhered to all of the tunnel's surface, as well as some parts of the cluster. Wait...
-A creature emerged from the egg. Most of the skin is brown, with a pair of yellow eyes and foward limbs end on a single, thick claw.
-Folowing creature, arrived at cavern with more creatures, many appearing asleep, around a hanging structure, organic by the looks of it. It's sustentation is being made by what look like tendrils hooked on the tunnels's top surface. The main "body" of the structure, has a glowing yellow orb, and at the botton the structure ends in what looks like a...ovipositor? There are eggs being laid by the structure.
*camera destroyed.
Second report
-Large force of creatures leaving the area. Sea Dragon and larvas detected in the midst of the force.

I don't know how, but I, together with a few, survived. We were caugh by surprise, and that leviathan ended up throwing us here. We arrived on a unkown facility.
Preliminary analisys and data downloads revealed the cure to the Carar being related to biological components found only on one being - the "Emperor". Hopefully, there's enough material here to take to our research centers and start mass producing the cure. Finally, this damned infection will en-

This is Chief Engineer Adam. We just arrived at the Lost River and we start the search for Captain Anguis, @Skope's commander on the Lost Reaver operation. Some of the entrances were sealed and heavily fortified. There's signs of heavy fighting here. I can see at least one crabsnake dead, but the chamber is full of remains here. Looks like they were swarmed. Most of the remains are similar in appearance, but completely different from any knwon species. These pieces of unkown corpses are covered on what appeat to be a black green organic mesh, the same one as described by the report made by the missing Captain... the few intact strange bodies are a match to the recordings recovered by Anguis. The bodies of the rest of the members of the mission, as for the body of Anguis himself, are missing.
We will start cleaning up the place and...
...what are those? Those things covered by mesh. What you mean by that? The same mesh covering the bodies here...
...they are approaching. TH-THEY ARE ATTACKING! LET'S GET OU-
transmission terminated
This was the last time we had a contact with Chief Engineer Adam. According to this report, they were attacked by the same forces that attacked Captain Anguis. The description of the bodies and the "organic mesh" suggests these attackers are the same lifeforms detected and filmed by the probes of Aurora's Expedition, recorded on the Expedition Journal Logs.
We will research and report any further developments.
BUT as far as i know, the EPCA are against KILLING others. I think if the need ever arises, they would have no problem incapacitating the enemy. (bite on that)

@Jamezorg Prime Minister, we recommend you to read this. Believe us, it's important.

UCR
Then, let me ask you to join forces with us. We are already reaching a respectable number of allied troops. Once we are ready, we will launch a full-scale invasion on the Inactive and Active Lava Zones. We would not only regain control of this Agent Production Facility, but would also retrieve the cure.
Liternaut HAL
We thank you for your help. We need all that we can get.
Liternaut HAL

Coordinate sent. Payload is on being loaded
They mean some foul deed?
Does the Confederacy need to show you your place again?
I do not trust the Shoal, fellow representatives.
Let us quarenteen the creatures and be done with it.
At this point they are the Conglomerate's only hope, and the only hope of rime Minister Jamezorg.
We have to trust them, even if the negative reasoning outweighs the positive.

Thank you, and now continuing the normal scheldule.

with the shoals resent care packages landing in the grand reef.
Captain Anguis, signing off.
Return time estimate: 2 days
I'm sorry but I thought a warpers intended desighn was to conserve the species, unless your "EP" code can safely deorbit a war ship and convince us that species slavery is a good thing then we can dam well do what we please. Any way we might of broken one of the rules already.

FMMA High Council.
We thank you. The pertinent intel has been made public a while ago, being sent by Aurora during her Expedition. It has been archived as Expedition Journal Logs. A copy of them follows
Expedition Journal Log 1
Contact with one of the foward units is lost. Recordings of fallen unit shows it being attacked by unknown lifeform. More units sent to the area.
While I consider this occurence being worth of investigation, the main objective of our expedition is the Carar, not contacting and discovering new lifeforms. If this short investigation on this lifeform turns to uncover something greater, it shall be put on hold untill our primary objective is concluded, and the cure is available for mass fabrication.
Aurora
Expedition Journal Log 2
Hm, This will be addressed at a later date. For now, we continue our descend.
Additional notes:
There is a strange, biological-like patch of dirt covering the walls and the ground on some tunnels. We cannot ascertain a pattern here on this patch, but if I may guess, it leads to tunnels and chambers going on other sections further down the region, not on the main path.
Hehe, main path on a cavern system. If we needed clues about the Precursors operating on this planet, then we just found them.
Expedition Journal Log 4

Second report
-Large force of creatures leaving the area. Sea Dragon and larvas detected in the midst of the force.
-Force size is beyond the fighting capacity of the Expedition. Recommend to stay out of the army's way untill it passes.
