The reason you find Natural-Selection easier to grasp than NS is more than likely you being very familiar as to how FPS games work. A person who has never played a First-Person Shooter, will obviously find Natural-Selection harder to grasp than Counter-Strike. After you learn one FPS, you pretty much learn them all. Except in the case of NS you need to learn a bit more on how structures, tech-trees, and other RTS elements work.
