While they won't go through much trouble to deal with the legalities of the issue, they WILL however go through hoops to deal with bad PR.
So forward this thread link to Paypal, blog sites, and just about any publication you want or can.
For example, point out that this NS website has over two million downloads and thousands of hits, and how tons of people are seeing the loophole and lack of response paypal has to its customers....
Or if you're lucky it may get pointed out in a major publication in the letters to the editor.
Once they get a whiff of bad PR they'll hop on this quick.
You should point out how one person, spending one day found out more about a scam netting hundreds if not thousands of dollars in illegal profit (costing consumers in the long run) than an entire internet corporation (Paypal).
That sucks that it was pirated....but honestly, did you even think about the consequences of paypal. I don't care if I bought a 5 dollar toy, I would NEVER use paypal, unless you are lik 90% sure it's not BS.
