Wow, I'm afraid there's simply too many awful movies to post.
I'll go with what I've seen, and not what I've walked away from.

Plan 9 from Outer Space was horrendous, but that's so bad it's become funny. So I guess I can't count that, Oh, I got one, the TBS Original Movie or whatever, Counter Strike. Haha, that was so bad.

I've just remembered. One movie which I utterly despised. Reign of Fire. I can't think of a single good thing to say about this film. The plot was a sieve.
What was the plot hole in Minority Report? It's... kinda hard to explain. That movie left a bad taste in my mouth; I just didn't buy the story. For one thing, there's the paradox of trying to predict the future, which I didn't think was adequately explained (The Matrix Reloaded provides an environment in which the future can be predicted. Minority Report doesn't.). I... can't really explain what was wrong with it, but I know it was wrong. And that's not counting all the minor, irritating things.

The opening cliff hanger for the movie is the fact that a red ball came out. Red balls mean that the murder is not pre-meditated, but is instead a crime of passion, and it becomes a race against time to stop the murder from happening, as you only have a few hours warning. Pre-meditated murders, however, have the name of the killer and victim printed on "normal" balls, there is plenty of warning beforehand, as well, as the murder is being actively planned, it becomes more and more real. The ball that was printed with the protagonist's name (Tom Cruise's character) is a "normal" ball, and we are given 30 hours worth of warning before the murder. Yet the murder would have been a crime of passion, so we should have had only a couple hours warning, and seen a red ball. One could argue that it was a suicide, and it was a pre-meditated suicide, but then you have the issue of distance in the "vision" of the future portrayed between the anonymous guy in the hotel room and Tom Cruise's character (whose name I still can't recall). If it was a suicide, the vision should have shown the guy much closer to Tom Cruise. Besides which, Tom Cruise's character's name was printed on the "murderer" ball. If it was a suicide predicted as pre-meditated, the murder and victim's name should have matched.
I hope that made sense. If not, someone else might be able to explain it better, or let me know, and I'll try explaining it again. I'm tired and barely coherent.
