Newbie Friendly Ns Servers Review

I hope this is the right place for this ... I happened upon this topic and I looked at the first post and even though it was updated this year it is out of date so I wanted to update 2 very good training servers that are for Steam:

We have bots so you can practice being the commander.

But also you should tell everyone that you are new and let them know how much you know and ask if they mind, because even though it is a training server there are impatient people everywhere who just want to win.

techniques? heh what do you mean by that? The Sandbox is a server to learn how to play NS and also learn how to comm. We have bots so that you can play without P1zzin' off real players. Therefore there are a lot of noobs on the server .. unless you see someone with the [SA] tag on <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wink-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> All the [SA] clan (except for me and 2 other newer recruits) are extremely hard to beat. They have their technique down pat and I think they would offer you quite a challenge if you came to the SandBax after 11pm Eastern Standard Time.

wow, i really put the wrong server addy there, this server 66.28.200.56:27015 is a really good server, good ping, and extreamly good players, also check out the forums at www.sacmo-ns.com . Were trying to get the word out on this server so come on and play and bring lots of people! ^_^. Btw we are a NS/CO server with FF enabled <subject to change>.

after 11pm eastern standard time is when I notice they are all on. Right now tho (at 2:45pm) Jasmine[SA] is on but she lives in a 6 hour difference timezone so she is on at odd times compared to the rest of us <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wink-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> She also doesn't speak a lot of English but is very smart. well this is what happened.i copied and pasted it in console and it said that i was all connected, but the screen didnt show up, but i think it was just my steam it been acting up lately.

I think you totally misunderstood and overly reacted.

I have never been nuked before .. and sorry for over-use of lol and smilies .. I have been taken as a b*tch in the past so I got used to using lots and lots of smilies to keep people at ease and not get offended by me. And as for my use of lol and U and R I find it easier since I am dislexic (not really bad but enough that my backspace key has become my best friend) so just typing the shortest possible method to get what I want to say out works just fine for me.

I am not a kid so don't treat me as one. If you have a problem with anything I post send me an email or private message next time. Because I don't understand why I should be nuked when I did nothing wrong. This forum has the option to put stuff in profile. I merely said he can look there .. not like I posted stuff directly in this thread and said hey everyone come look! If it is not acceptable to use the option I am talking about then please take it out.

And if I wanted people's attention I would have just posted me pic right here but I didn't. And so everyone knows I am NOT interested so DON'T ask .. I come to talk about NS. If anything come play NS with me. I am too old for you kids anyway.

And.. not to burst your bubble but 16 is almost 1/2 my age.

I am just here to see new map ideas, post my screen shots, my new sigs and avatars, and do some small work for people (as in art) and to play NS and if anyone wants to come to my clan's server I am fine with that and welcome it.

But I take offence to Nemesis Zero assuming that someone at my age would be looking for some little kids (I know you don't like to be called that .. I know .. I was young before too but just hear me out) when in actualilty I play NS to get away from people. I have turned down plenty who are around my age who play NS (yes we are out here .. scary) and I am just like one of the guys who are here JUST for the game. In general I hate people. I have had a hard time. I am on disability now as my life has taken an unfortunate turn for the worse and I lost my 9 year career and I would just rather be left alone. Don't nuke me me anymore Nemesis Zero. Just tell me the problem and I would more than be glad to edit my post JUST for you.

I mean ... nuking me for having my pic in my profile when he has his pic in his profile? Can I just nuke him back?? Not like I posted my pic here and said "hey all!! Come look at me!" .. heck I didn't even post the pic here .. I do NOT want the attention. Thus .. the nuke was very UNCALLED for. And the pic was not revealing in anyway, not distasteful, but even so .. I have now changed it.

Yes, I understand if the admin just told me what I did as I am an admin for a TFC forum (or rather a forum mod and an admin in my clan's server for NS) so I understand that the reason would have to be respected. I just wish to know what the heck I did wrong!

Still get to see I really am a girl but you can't really see me and that is fine with me.

There is no real need for anyone to know what I look like anyway. I am just here to play and talk about NS and looks should not matter in the least.

Also ... in server I get annoyed when people bug me for a way to contact me. Don't do it (no one <i>here</i> has .. but just saying in advance cuz people have before) ... just think I could be your mom ... eeeewww!!!

And hey do you know of a half-life mod called The specialist. man its really fun you should get it. it has to do with like matrix stuff (which is boring) but other than that it is really fun almost as fun as n.s. so if you want you can check it out
