<div class="IPBDescription">Deunen's fantastic sketch being colored</div> Since Deunen graciously allows people to colour in his work for free, i thought i might have a crack at colouring it in! <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
I've had 2-3 emails for people asking me to create a new topic for this since they dont want to always search around for the other thread i posted it in, so i'll stick it here.
***I will just re-upload the image to my webspace everytime i update the picture instead of making 1,000,000 posts, hope you like it so far..***

Fade needs to look more alive, and less plastic, which It appears is allready happening.<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
Its a work in progress my friend <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> But thanks for the heads-up.
Now for the Marine, heh...if only the bottom half of him was drawn, it'd make life easier, haha, but you can't win them all ^______^

I think you need to add a bit more consistancy in the shading on the Fade's claw. While they are different materials entirely, the contrast is far too great, in my opinion at least. The Fade's skin looks extremely smooth while the "infestation" appears extremely coarse and harshly shaded.
Isn't the Fade's skin scaled anyway?
Also, i feel that the actual claw could do with a little work on making it appear more bone like, and making the infestation blend a little better.
Fantabulous work so far though <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
That's incredible.
Now i get started on the marine! Thanks for all the encouragement so far, its great!
I've had a few emails from people saying to turn it into a background if it ever gets complete!, i probably will, haha..

**Small Update** Just added some small scratches and shading to the helmet, and some more shading on the face, coming along nice!
btw esuna did you get the email? if not I'll resend. I got a message from remo (commchair.com) and they seemed interested in my little project.

My only suggestion is to blend in the lines on the marine's face a teeny bit. They look abit too dark compared to the rest of the image.

Heh, thanks! Didn't really pick that one out, i've now done that! thank you!
Just lowered the opacity of those lines so they aren't as "black", just blend in a little smoother with the face now.
