Bull. Complete and utter bull. An observatory within its LIMITED effective range will strip cloak. That is a VERY small area. One observatory does NOT do more than protect a SINGLE SMALL outpost from cloak. <!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
When I said that, I was referring to more than the observatory's limited anti-cloaking field. The ability to scan, as well as motion tracking helps counter the abilities of the sc (with mt, you counter SOF's ability to set up ambushes outside of a claoknig field). Ok, so it may be an exaggeration, but an obs can counter <b>almost</b> every use the SC has.

SILENCE is countered by Motion-Tracking, and then, not always. Motion-Tracking doesn't actually affect Celerity or Adrenaline at all. Sure, it allows you to see where a Skulk is waiting to ambush... and? That doesn't mean it counters the Celerity Skulk waiting for you once it jumps out and starts running and bouncing around like a madman until one of you (probably you) dies. As has been said, Motion-Tracking doesn't make your aim any better. And it has absolutely nothing to do with Adrenaline.
