as for the foreign accents are sexy. Oftentimes if you relocate (to a different country) your accent can/will/should be seen as attractive and appealing. It would be a lie for me to say that there isn't a hint of sexual tension when you know you're dealing with someone who isn't from the local area and/or someone who won't be staying too long. But that doesn't help Jammer much at all, unless he goes Out Of Country to study.

From what I've noticed what to say to a girl depends very much on where you meet her. Whoever posted that magazine article about how to attract someone in a club is way off base if you come at a girl you meet in a club like she's "special" and start staying stuff like "I had to build up courage to talk to you, I usually don't do this", you'll either get blown off or she'll see how much she can take you for.
There is no set way to pick up a girl, people are attracted to who they are attracted to, the only sure fire way to meet a girl is to go out there and talk to them. If you talk to a girl you can pretty much tell if she's interested or not, don't be self-dillusional if one girl doesn't work out do not panic, don't get depressed, there are plenty of them out there, look at the signs and don't be blind, the thing that turns girls off the most is a clueless guy because that means more work for them.
Also there is a misconception that you HAVE to be in a relationship. The truth is from around age 17-25 our hormones are raging, our biochemistry is all wacky, and it's very difficult to be put in a situation where you have to restrict your own natural feelings. I'm not saying you have to be permiscious, but don't feel obligated to get locked down in a relationship if you're 19.
