I've made a marine with a red skin to replace the onos model so its actually possible to hit the ****!
Name the model "alien5.mdl" and put it in \ns\models\player\alien5 - I recommend you back up your existing onos model. <!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd--> I think hitboxes are actually INSIDE the model files. Therefore if you replace the model, you're gonna be replacing the hitboxes too.
I think.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
BTW, all I'm hearing is a bunch of speculation, where's the proof? Don't hand me some pic of onos blood spatter and expect me to trust it, from what I've seen blood spatter seem to be pretty random. That pic Lord Demon showed proved nothing.
Yes, yes, we've all heard that before. However, just to be sure I'd like to hear it from someone who's actually worked with the Half-Life engine and knows what he's talking about rather then from people who've read random speculation on forums.
This really is annoying for me as a rine. I've been a JP/GL many, many times, and every time vs onos I cry. While I JP above him and fire down, trying to put the arc onto his fat head, the nades clip right through most of him. The best I can hope for is maybe he steps on one <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->
