Motion Tracking does nothing for the accuracy or weapon, it just shows where the enemy is Simple, really.
yes yes we know already, about a page ago
Seen auto-aim before, but never heard of tracking the enemie. In most shooters, it already has a auto-aim, usually on when the game is first played. And, you can toggle it on and off. But, I have never seen anything like this. (I must be a few years behind). But, I still don't get 'tracking the enemie'....? Could someone explain this more into the details? (And yes, I am new to this game).

To avoid confusion, I will also explain Hive Sight.
Hive Sight: The alien equivalent, only much better. All alien players have it. It allows you to see fellow players, enemies who are seen by fellow players or sensory chambers, and fellow players under attack through walls through use of Sprites that float on your HUD. They look like little smoke rings of varying colors and also give you detailed info (IE: a little red smoke ring under attack might say "Comprox is under attack. Forbidding Antechamber". Using this, the aliens seamlessly coordinate their attacks and it costs nothing
Motion Tracking: Costly to research and has no direct military application (such as researching Siege Turrets). Shows a blue ring through walls and in front of you tlg you were a moving alien is. If the alien stops, the blip goes off. The range is unlimited, but no information is available to tell you what they are doing or what they are (IE, is it a lvl 1 or a lvl 5). It does not prevent ambushing because an alien that is cloaked or hidden will not be moving anyway and so, will not be picked up.
