Never happen. Sosa's contract is up in a year and he'll be making insane cash after that. Montreal couldn't afford him and wouldn't want to give up Guerrero to the Cubs for one year of Sosa.

I, too, feel sorry for the REAL Braves fans. Not the idiots who only show up for the NLCS and don't bother with the divisional series, but the real fans who are there all year and rooting on the Braves. They have a tough lot with a team that constantly comes close and then chokes. Trust me, I'm a St. Louis Blues (hockey) fan and they've choked 24 consecutive times in a row in the playoffs (longest playoff streak in any sport,24, and longest existance for a major team without a championship, as in never ever won one, 36 or 37 years not sure which off hand ).

Now, just for the record, Monse and the rest of you Cubs fans. I know some people have been giving you crap about the Cubbies losing, but that was not my intention for this thread. I honestly wanted to show my sympathy for you guys and let you know that even though you lost it was a hell of an entertaining and valiant fight. As for the Marlins fans, leave the Cubs alone. Us Cardinals fans are their real rivals and we alone get to talk trash to them. We've been duking it out for over a century and the war gets better and more personal each year. Gotta love the rivalry.
Cards ->   <- Cubs
We'll be ready for you guys next year, Monse. Just you wait

Well said!

Cubs-Cards is the oldest rivalry in US pro sports - 1882 was their first meeting on the field. Arcadius, I salute you.

Quite beutiful, if I don't say so myself.

The manager made the crapest move in history last night, letting pedro pitch in the 8th inning. RETARD HE IS A RETARD!!!!!!!!

God almighty, how can you let one man pitch for 8 innings? OF COURSE HE COULD USE A BREAK FFS!!!

We lose not because of bad playing (for once), but because of the world's stupidest manager...
OMG

/me hits himself
