That is only an opinion, and you have no right to attack people who disagree with it.

haha you calling me the n00b? your the one suggesting i jump on top of a teammates helmet to avoid stomp, please please please tell me the public server you play on which has that magical and mysterius teamplay, i would say you got that from a clan match, but its obvious from your newbie ways you've never scrimmed in your life. n00b.

Scrims are usually over before the Onos shows up, otherwise you're taking way too long. Tell you what though, you believe whatever the hell you want to believe. You hit the reply button before you even read a post thoroughly - indicating one of two things: illiteracy or stupidity. I said that stomp can be "worked around", not that it wasn't unbalanced - that it wasn't necessarily overpowered. GG, noob.

well in the scrims i have played in most games do end before onos, we usually dont let our opponents last long enough to get them, but vs a good (i dunno if your clan scrims good teams let alone lasts long enough for them to get an onos vs you) then onos' are used a lot. Dont go backtracking and quoting all that crap about 'working around' stomp, its blatantly unbalanced, you know it, or maybe your to crap to see it n00b ?

That's not funny. You're exactly saying that people that argue and discuss on the internet are retards. AH FLAME!! ARGH!! IT'S BURNING, HELP MEH!! MOD!! SOMEONE!!!

EDIT. The image is untrue, not kind to all the retards out there that you're using to make your rather manipulated and pathetic point.

I don't require a flamethrower to make a point, hence I do not engage in flamewars. Your personal attack on me doesn't make it any less obvious that you have no argument. I have already made my point.

im trying to make the point that people like you who keep saying the games fair or as you put it 'work around' are n00bs, and so far you have prooved me right

/me looks at Shockwave (appropriate name for a stomp discussion ) and ignores the flamer

It's pretty funny how flamer and lamer are spelled almost the same.

Forlorn yes dropping 40 res of medpacks right on someone moving evasively is certainly a skill; however, it doesn't work like that in practice. Comms drop medpacks all over the room, like shells on a beach. That takes no skill a monkey doesn't posses. Furthermore, a carpet of medpacks has, on more occasions than I can count, lost a hive to 1 or 2 marines. I have never seen a commander who could drop more than 1 or 2 medpacks on a moving marine. More often than not, they are scattered around like forgotten toys, to be used by whoever needs them. Or to be used by one or two marines to kill off overwhelming skulk attacks. That is what I think is disbalanced about "medspam" and why I also don't care about stomp. An onos who is spamming stomp isn't devouring anyone, or even killing anyone. And as has been pointed out before, with out stomp what can 2 hive aliens really do to HA?

You only lack the ability to understand that 'fairness' does not exist in gaming. Working around the problem is what makes a game tolerable, while exceptionally whining about it makes people want to quit. So no, you really did not prove anything except that you label anybody who does not agree with you - without backing your claims up with anything palatable, just flaming.

There is a differnce between a 'fairness' that exists in CS (some maps may slightly favour CTs, others T's) and the total shambels that NS is, by all these people who claim to hate all the 'elitism' in NS was bourn the most 'elitist' thing of them all with Vets/Beta testers, and after months and months we still cannot play a game which is even CLOSE to balanced, sure if 1 thing is slightly more powerfull than the other thats fine, but not when aliens are just so brutaly overpowered as it is now.

The thing about medspam is that when the skulks come, the marines start dancing around to dodge them and eventually dance away from the meds, leading to their deaths. On top of that it costs precious res, which I know has been pointed out before but it is a serious consequence. With stomp, there is no dancing or dodging away, there is no firing back, there is no way to escape, only certain death awaits you. An onos who stomp spams is killing you, stomp doesn't cost much adreniline at all, you can stomp, devour one, stomp again, gore, stomp and repeat the procress over and over again. Medspam and Stomp are all together completely different issues. On that note, however, I will agree that medspam is a bit of a problem, but not the game ruiner you make it out to be.

Repetitive points, flaming and posting daft pictures...my apologies to those debating this sensibly but unfortunately we find ourselves LOCKED
