Crying

For all you macho-men out there I'm wondering what movies/games/whatever made you cry.
There seems to be some sorta weird rule that guys shouldn't cry at stuff like that or something but so far I've managed to get guys I've talked to to at least admit that Optimus Prime's death in Transformers the movie made them all weepy
I don't know why some people think it's such a big thing... heck I think it's kinda sweet when boys show their feelings like that ^^

uh... anyways, to get the ball rolling and stuff, for me my cry points that I remember are;

Optimus Prime's Death - nooooo Optimus!!! don't give the matrix to hotrod or that big bloke; they're not cool enough @.@
Bigfoot and the Hendersons - ~sniffles and waves goodbye to harry~
Watership Down - poor rabbits
Bambi - ~bang~ ~silent cinema full of disbelief~
Star Trek Nemesis - Whaaaa? He died? That's the last nex gen I ever watch o.O

Flight of Dragons - don't leave us smurgle!!! nuuuuuu ><

Trigun - lots of sad bits towards the end but nothing made me go all teary-eyed more than wolfwood...
Jin-roh - I won't ruin the ending for anyone who's not seen it =P
Grave of the Fireflies - watch this before you go commit suicide, it'll probably put you in the right mood ^^;

Babylon 5 - Lots of cool characters die so it's full of sad bits... one part involving a romance between ivonnava and Marcus made me particularly weepy @.@

    Well, most of mine are anime, i'm a big softy really.

Grave of the Fireflies
    This movie is just sad, "that scene" (or won't say what happens for those who've not seen it) always makes me cry like a little ****.

Trigun
    Wolfwood... ;___;

Chobits
    In the last episode where Hideki's crying and saying "Chobits" to Chii, and then again when Chii comes round. Oh, also the episode before when Hideki says he loves Chii. I think this entire series made me cry to be honest.

Great Teacher Onizuka
    I just didn't want it to end. ;___;

Angelic Layer
    Mummy!!!!!

Metropolis
    I watched it and cried because i wasted money on that piece of crap.

One Piece
    I must admit to welling up in episode 30 or so where Nami runs away, i didn't cry, but i really like her. =/

    As far as normal movies, not many have touched me. I remember crying as a kid at Optimus Prime's death, but the only live action movie to ever effect me was Mel Gibson's fantastic directorial debut "The Man Without A Face". It's a really sad film, and one of my all time favourites.

    oop, I should really add gladiator and Leon to my own lists... they both had me really upset at the end =D

    Almost any motion picture footage of the First World War. I just break down when I see that. The British soldiers at the Somme, the Armenian Christians, I just can't take it.

    Other stuff:

    Aeris dying in FF7. I admit it's the only FF game I've ever played but still, so heart-wrenching

    The Elves dying at Helms Deep in the Two Towers. Something about immortal beings dying just touches me in a certain way

    Not to sound macho, but the only time i've cried in the last 9 years or so was 9 years back when my little sister died. However, a few movies made me rather sad @ the endings.

    Leon - When you-know-his-name shoots you-know-who

    Gladiator - The Ending scene, and the burning of the farm

    I'll post more later.

    I never used to cry at all. Between the ages of 5 and 21, no crying at all. Then I had a bit of a meltdown at University and now just about every damn thing sets me off. It's incredibly annoying, because I'm used to being Mr. Stoic.

    Ok, Aeris from FF7...when you know, Sephiroth kinda impales her.
    Also whenever I command.

    Here we go. I don't cry too much over movies or anything but here's me list.

Trigun (Wolfwood! Amongst other things)

.Hack//Sign

The Green Mile

E.T. (Not what you think, he startled me somewhere in the movie and I ran away screaming and crying)

    One of my friends broke out crying during The Waterboy...

    Saving Private Ryan

    The Green Mile

    And a couple more I don't remember.

    I cried when I saw We Were Soldiers, and got pretty upset several times in Band of Brothers. I got teary-eyed several times in Saving Private Ryan too. And let's not forget Black Hawk Down. I get upset in just about every war movie actually. It's just so disturbing to see people who are only a little older than me die, especially if they have a wife and kids.

    Right, I was about to borrow FF7 off a friend and you just ruined that for me. Thank you. Thank you so much.

    I don't think i've ever actually cried outright at something from a movie/game, but i've definatly got all watery-eyed and had to try very hard not to

    One's I specifically remember:

    -Gladiator
    -The end of FF10 (NOOO! TIDUS!)
    -End of Return of the Jedi (Anakin redeemed himself then died... so sad)

    And by far the most emotional one for me:

    -Sniper Wolf's death from Metal Gear Solid

    Closely followed by Meryl's death.... if you got the other ending.

    Oh, and any time I get knifed as an onos.

    Titanic didn't make me sad at all. It made me think "great, I just wasted two hours of my life on this".

    The FFX ending's not quite as clear cut guys so he's not really ruined it for you lol, but it's definitely sad and I do remember getting all watery eyed
    ick! can't believe I forgot Green Mile... The only thing by Stephen King that's ever had me wiping the tears off my face.

    The breakdown thingy was probably all those years of holding it in combined with stress... I had one of those at uni too =P

    I'm like Maus - recently started tearing up at everything. ^^ I blame my genes; my mother's entire family cries at the drop of a hat. Most recent outright crying was at my own graduation party, when I tried to thank my parents for helping me get through it all. It was pretty funny, and of course my mom and my grandmother were there and started crying too. ^^

    Movies? Can't remember one that's made me out-right cry, but more recently Finding Nemo worked me over pretty good. Tears of the Sun (Bruce Willis) did a pretty good job.

    From my childhood, Empire of the Sun and The Power of One really got me. Excellent movies, both.

    ...Lots of people crying at my graduation party, but I didn't see a big deal in it...no crying for me there...

    Actual crying I can't really remember, but sad stuff? uhh:

    ...watching my speeches from Comm 101...

    Braveheart (the betrayal part...unless you're listening to the commentary, then it's funny)
    Lilo & Stitch (the only good thing from Disney in...like 7 years...this one's not really a crying movie, but it has its sad part)
    The Pianist (couple sad parts in there, not all the germans in it are evil jew hating nazi either (okay...there's 1 that's not....more then any other movie))

    FF7...that'd be as close to crying as I'd get from a video game

    Trigun....Wolfwood, some of the later stuff....it's all a good comedy/tradgedy mixed together
    Neon Genesis Evangelion (only the ending is really sad, the 1st one because it's bad, the 2nd...because it's actually sorta sad)

    That's all I can think of now...unless you want real life experiances that I did cry at .
