I like. Nice use of the computer texture. 'Cool Curves' and very nice lighting. All I can say bad is that the top level wall texture needs breaking up a little. Looks too generic.

I like what youve done with the metal vs rock textures. It look very much like the placement of the computers and other techstuff is dependant on the rock

Hmmm, i think squeal like a pig died, he's been viewing this thread for freaking ages. :/
The metal wall section (above the computer wall section) is pretty bland looking, add some more variation there. I would make those green computer texture lights stronger too. Add some height variation with the floor; the different textures look nice, but it is still kind of flat.
There's a bigger problem though - the rooms kind of just look empty. There's nothing really in them. From an aesthetic point of view, it looks a bit weird. From a gameplay perspective, that's less cover for aliens to hide behind and such. Kind of looks too open and marines can pick off aliens fairly easily. At least it's roomy enough for an Onos or two though.

RE the emptiness, this is something thatt has been bugging me about this area too. I have however formulated a plan. In the first pic on the right hand side you'll see an area of wall where it curves out with some green computer lights on it. I'll extend the rock wall out and lose that wall entirely, then have the rocks curve down as a ramp.
I'll then have a catwalk between the rock outcrop with the ramp and the other side where the second shot is taken from and have the cave entrance on the higher level which comes out onto that catwalk.
Then i'll just throw a crate in there on the floor or something and whey! Bob is your uncle and Ben is your evil overlord.

First of all the width of this room looks approxiamately 20 meters or 65.62 feet. Since this facility is humid (I think it is) due to the large infested areas and misty areas. It would look better if you would add 1 mayb 2 sprites (haze/fog) near the top of this room. It would look more natural compared to the rest of the mapdesign.
[edit]I commented the size, because big areas tend to be more humid and its harder to control its athmophere[/edit]

Kind of red aint it... It would look better if you make thos "white" lights a little blue and a tad brighter, mayb even turn them into spots. This will add more contrast to the area.

Yeah, most of the shots here were of changed versions of old shots so i haven't really got much further unfortunately.
I don't want to work on forsaken too much, something which helps me is that i rarely work on it and it keeps it fresh whenever i open the rmf. A lot of people get sick when you constantly work on one thing and i know i would. Long breaks give me time to formulate ideas so i will probably carry up at this snails pace... sue me . I would however would quite like to get a finished version of thie MS done with those new changes which CJ suggested out in the near future.
Interesting point about the humidity, kouji. Next compile i'll wack a fog sprite or two up there, i had one there at first actually but removed just because it struck me as abit odd but whatever works. Its all good.
