Is NS still pushing for a Summer release?

A PT I think said that it's doubtful it will be out in 2 weeks. Summer will be over before 2 weeks. Take that how you will.

well, they have been on the "home stretch" for the last month and a half now, and feature complete for over 2 months...im getting a bit impatient

Just hold in there scarface. The "Feature Complete" thing may have been a bit misleading in that a lot of people thought that it meant that the game was "done". It simply meant that all major features and abilities were -coded- into the game, and that it could be properly playtested. It was a big feat, but it certainly did not mean that the game was completely done and only required tweaking. Now, a couple months later, the game is getting close to being "done".

The wait won't go on much longer, and it'll without a doubt be more that worth it.

I haven't been thinking about NS at all since school started, but I wont forget about it <img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'>, So all I have to say is take as long as it needs, as long as it is not over 9 and a half months, <img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'>. So to me it dosen't matter if it's a summer, fall, winter, or spring release as long as it gets done

also you should be shot for saying your getting impatient. So ***ing what! don't like it leave! the NS team has the right and should take as long as they need 2 make NS as good as possible (for a first release)

People are always asking if NS is gonna be released, I see the release more of as a privilege not a right, people seem to be getting confused about it, if Flayra wanted to he doesn't have to release it he can keep it amongst himself and his friends to play if he feels like it, all this "when will NS come out" stuff just makes people anxious, me too! And everytime someone comes up with one of these threads people say the same thing. "blah blah blah speculate, blah blah blah don't speculate anymore", All this blah blah blah is kind of annoying. Do you think that you are more special than the last person who asked, and that they will tell you because of this? Just read on the next page and you end up reading the exact stuff you have read and the same speculation that you have in this thread.

Hi, this is my first post on the NS fourum hopefully not the last- okay I have been watching NS progress for about a year now and I haven't felt the need to post anything(I normally like to keep in the backround of things) and I think that NS has the possibility to top Counter-Strike, but only if they get EVERYTHING right. So give them time, they are doing a great job and when it is released we're gonna show those panzy ### punks who play CS a thing or two! Eh Necro is right, they SHOULD take as much time to perfect their mod, just because you consider it to be "self righteous" that doesn't make the statement any less true. And honestly, you're not some how a superior human being for how long you've "watched" the mod. now on a brighter note...i have a question...i seen on the new pics that the hive looks like a giant fridge...and like maytag fridges EXTRA ROOM!now i seen entrance...it was quite small and im wondering how a big guy will get in...well thats not the question for now...im wondering whats gonna b the "view"(if u will) when alien goes inside?i mean u told us plenty of choices and im sure this has been answered 10000000000000Trillion times (A.K.A The ammount of money in bill gates account)but how will we choose?will we have to tap something on the wall?
