Fade hit box is basically in its croch. Onos hit box is on its rear end.
In 2.0 there are only 1 hit box for a creature. Headshots = non-exsistant. People tend to try to get a HS and fail miserably.
Regen Onos heals like 50 points of damage per tick. As a regen Onos I have run into a rooom with 20-30 turrets and an electrified TF. I killed the TF and ignored the turrets just as some guys phased in. I did die from the guys but turrets do only 10 damage or so each and you can kill a TF pretty quick when you dont get stuck on turrets and no marine's are there to shoot you.
Turrets can't keep anything safe by themselves unless you have 2 elec TF's. You need marines.
Oh and with lvl 3 lmgs a single Onos is pretty easy to take down. If at 20 minutes in the game you dont have lvl 2 your pretty much fugged. By then you should have lvl 3 and HA.
Onos are easy enough to kill unless you all get stunned. With lmgs at lvl 2 6 marines can hold off 2 Onos that are trying to take any location you may hold if they all shoot its fuggin hitbox. Never forget bout your pistol either.
Fades = easy to kill. Blink swipe can be bad but you gotta learn to doege em other wise you gonna just get mauled. Always shoot around its waist and a single marine with lvl 3 guns can nearly or can kill a Fade with a lmg and pistol clip unloaded into it.
Just work in groups of 2 or more at all times. Even rambos need back up. Always aim for the proper hitboxes and be relentless in your attack. It's all about movement and not your aim really. If you get good with dodging attacks you can reload your lmg while doing it and manage to get an extra clip into em.
Oh and if you see an onos retreating usually just chase him down. If he has a HA in him ALWAYS chase him down unless there is another onos or 2 with him. Oni usually dont retreat until they are in the red. Be sure if your comm to tell em about how much life he has left so they can finish him off with confidence.
Refering to what som1 said earlier u CAN kill an Onos with lmg though it can be hard <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif' /><!--endemo-->. U have to keep a building between you and the onos/fade/whatever if you pump enough lead into it it proabbly will die. But if thier no buildings in a short hall *bye bye* <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo-->
