On my first multiplayer game (CS), which where all on LAN houses, I used to have the nick of "Brother II". This is because me and my friend decided to use this, outa no where, and the II was cause he was I.
Now I use P-Khan. P is for Potter, which my friend calls me (no, not for smoking pot, cause they say I looked like Harry Potter when I was younger). And Khan is for the Great Genghis Khan.

Evolution of names, in chronological order:
For chatting purposes:
1. U.H.9. - Stood for "Ultra Hacker 9000". Hey, I was twelve at the time. You didn't need drugs back then to go crazy, (and I find that I still don't need drugs, as evidenced by this post
2. Bowendarrow - My middle name is Owen, and trying to think of a weapon, I thought of the Bow and Arrow; thus arrived my first e-mail address. Yes, it is a stupid name as well.
3. Confuzor?/Dessidious? a) Confuzor - Was derived from my personal nature. Not content with just calling myself "Confuser", I tried think of a way to spell it more creatively. At the time, I was a fan of Beasties, (or Beast Wars, as it is better known) Transformers. And of course, there was a special machine type called the Fuzors. Thus, Confuser - fuser + fuzor = Confuzor; kapeesh? I looked up this name on ICQ to ensure originality, and sure enough, not one account used this name. Thus, I adopted it. b) Dessidious - I think it's my favourite name thus far, but I try not to overuse it, so the reputation behind the name is not tainted. With most deathmatch shooters, you don't ever completely die, you spawn back in in a matter of seconds. Thus, what represents something that never dies? In nature, we have deciduous trees. Now, thinking of something sinister, I guess my wandered a bit to Star Wars; Darth Sidious. Thus combining the two, I initially obtained Descidious, but changed it to Dessidious.
For Gaming:
1. Easy Target - I initially sucked at Quake; using this name brought me much luck)
2. Easy Target #12 - In one deathmatch game, the top 3 players were all named Easy Target; I added the number to become more distinct from then on
3. Gibomatic/Easy Target - In my time spend in Quake Team Fortress/Mega Team Fortress, I got cocky and decided to opt for a slightly more agressive name, "Gibomatic", but my skill wasn't the same. In my shame, I eventually reverted back to the name that gave me power.
4. Anti-Charisma - Continuing my nature of humility, I brought this name in playing Warcraft III; I haven't touched the game since Natural Selection, so the account's been gone for quite a while...
5. Cemented Duck - Current name: "What can be more solid than a duck which sits? Why, one that is cemented, of course!"
The first time I ever touched the internet and had to fill in a username, I used calverna. I used that till about uhm..a year later and then I used Crash. Keep in mind, I was..10. Year later someone already had Crash on a game I subscribed to and I got Lucifer..yeah yeah i know real original Then I just found the name lame and switched to this dark elven name I found, Sabrar..thennnn a few months ago a girl I know IRL wanted to make matching names on a MUD and we made Wither and Writhe..and now I use Wither. Tada!

I started a thread like this a long time ago *sniff* *reminises*
my name came from when I would play UT at LAN during lunch at school, I was a sniper and a damn good one at that, people would yell out "That Annoying Kid got me again!" and *headshot* would ring out thru the room repeatedly... it kinda stuck because I was an annoying kid back at the time, but I've worked on changing that
Grimm: Kinda stole it from a TFC clanmate who had been kicked from our clan. Unfortunately I didn't realize how many people use names that are very similar to this. Used only in NS and VS, as well as these forums and one other forum site.
Savant Ezekiel: Current AIM name, as well as various RPG characters. (Don't bother trying to message me, I have to put your name on my list for you to see that I am on). Savant meaning someone who is very talented/skilled (usually related to intelligence), Ezekiel because its my favorite name.
Necravolvr: When I first got the internet, I decided to use the name (misspelled to miss the last "e" between v and r) from the Magic: The Gathering card (because I play mostly black), and the card is from Apocalypse (my favorite set). Got tired of using Grimm everywhere, so its my name for nearly every other Half Life MOD (mostly TFC).

I've used "MustardBomb" for TFC, mainly because Mustardgas is an evil thing, and demoman was my specialty. I've used CommunistWithAGun for ages now. I use it because sure, I may be an opinionated 18 year old, but a true communist would NOT use a gun. So my names an ironic joke. Yay for pie.
Damn, you americans spell things totally different :-). I dont mean Ch as in Cheese, Ch in cheese is spelled "È", i mean like in...damn, dunno, i will sometime post a sound record of what i mean
