    with the chambers replaced with a babies face or something <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    It's actually a (modified) remake of my old standard signature, which I lost in a mad hard drive cleansing deleting spree. Not too happy about the cut out "frame", but it'll have to do for now ^_^. <!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
    How did you do that ripped effect, just run through it with erasers? <!--QuoteEnd--> </td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'> <!--QuoteEEnd-->
    Sorry for the late reply.

    No. It's done by using quickmask and then doing a brushstroke, inverting the selection and pressing delete ^_^.

    1. take a standard sig size and fill a layer with a colour
    2. make a selection with the rectangle selection tool that's 5-* pixels smaller on all sides
    3. go into quick mask mode
    4. go to filters and choose brush stroke. (I have a diagonal right one)
    5. invert selection
    6. press delete

    Not very much to it ^_^.

    Tinkering with the stroke length and width can lead to a variety of effects.

    It's not "my technique", it can be found in a plain photoshop tutorial somewhere on the web.

    But I have no problems accepting your thanks, gifts, teddybears and/or virgins nonetheless! <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    /me coughs in a "excuse me" kinda way.

    I don't suppose anyone has anything for lil' ol' me? My fish is getting very old now (especially as there are a few others who have it).

    Here CMEast. I had not much time so it is kinda ugly <!--emo&::nerdy::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/nerd.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='nerd.gif' /><!--endemo--> .
    Don't use it if you don't like it. I hate it.

    hmmmm I really should get round to redoing my sig at somepoint... (had one but deleted it by mistake <!--emo&:0--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wow.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wow.gif' /><!--endemo--> ) but I'm so lazy - anyone know any good, free gif animation software which lets you animate pics you drew within it if you see what I mean?

    Edit: PS what colour is the background of the forums (in RGB I mean).

    Aw, thanks guys. However I probably should have mentioned that my actual name is just East, the CM stands for Combat Medic from TFC and I've had it so long its how people recognise me... silly me.

    Thanks though guys. Your all welcome to have a go, preferably minimalist, surreal, abstract etc. In the mean time I will grab Jimmeh Sig for me (soon as I have some time at work anyway /me sigh's)
