That all depends on what you consider murder to be. One man's murder is another man's dinner.
Personally, I think if they were both crazy then they should've both been sent to some sort of mental facility. Of course, one is currently defrosting so it looks like only one would need accomdations. The bad thing is, this guy will be back on the streets in a few years, maybe this will stop people from bidding on those crazy "I'll beat you up!" E-Bay ads though. <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif' /><!--endemo--> Only time will tell.
I don't see why he should be put in prison for life, or killed. A high-security mental institution, yes...psychiatric help? Yes.
But it wasn't murder, and it wasn't really malicious. Hell, the other guy accepted it. It was consensual. I honestly don't see what's so bad about it. I find videos on Ogrish hilarious, though.

Well, despite of whether he want it or not. He shouldnt do it because that man that was eaten was psychical ill as well (note, it's not healthy for a man that he wants to die). Sencing the cannibal to life would have a preventive effect on this sorta cannibalisme.

Okay.. the only thing I have to establish for you to call this a murder was that it was unlawful. Now under the US government, is it legal to kill another human?
No, hence this is murder. MURDER! Good god. I hate to see the day when you could simply claim the victim wanted it to happen and the judge, the police, everyone is like.. "Oh okay.. we'll just charge you for manslaughter then."
