I'm liking suburbia, but you need to add something on to make it memorable. Like "Gunfire in Suburbia" or something.
However my suggestion runs along the line of Hive's actualy:
The one word Name dosn't realy work, The Lucky 13s is good for this (however it is kinda trite and silly)
Personaly I would say veer away from anytihng that says 'ooh I am angsty', it just been done....
ALOT.
Thus no Gunfire in Suburbia.
Its just trying to hard.
basicaly the things I would say, and I will use examples from one of my favs:
1) Full Name that will Stick (Mindless Self Indulgence, Homer and the Sexuals)
2) If its goan be long, you want something that will either abreviate or shorten well (MSI or Mindless in this case, Home, though this one sorta failed there)
3) Realy try not to look like you are trying to push an image, honestly I tihnk names that make absoloutly nosense are actualy some of the best, this way you can define who you are by your sound/lyrics/performance.
Personally I also enjoy names that make no sense such as The Dhoures, Grave Stone and the Original Monster Core, or perhaps the greatest band name of all time: Gimme a Damn Cookie. But you can;t have those, those are mine.
Original Monster Core is prety good (though it is pushing it slightly in my book with the 'ooh look where bad ***')
You got the name that will stick in some ones head
you got the abreviation (OMC)
and you got a fairly random name.
You could go with a really old/obscure pop culture reference with a name like Silicon Tor, Phantoms of Krankor (you acan abreviate that one to PoK, cool!), or any old movie/TV show reference really.

Instead of "The Lucky 13's"
Take an unknown word and replace lucky with it.
Like Forlorn for example.
"The Forlorn 13's" works nicely, don't you think? It also would fit a rock band much better IMO and it's quite mainstream in the sense that forlorn is a fairly known word, yet it sounds kinda cool because the average person won't know what it means. Therefore it defines youself as a band all that much better, rather than use "lucky" which is way too damn cliche and boring.
