Which is why I dislike the phrase, "This is so stupid, it's insulting!" Who chose to pay attention? (I'm not pointing at you specifically, but many people at my school that think they're awesome because they got straight 70s say that phrase much more than they should. These people commonly listen to rap music- Not because they like the way it sounds (which is perfectley acceptable), but because it "speaks to them", as songs about killing, selling drugs, and being in gangs relates to every 14/15 year old living in a relatively small, rural community. Pet peeve...)

Anyway, yes. Manga > Anime, by far, in this case. The anime is truncated, distorted, and yes, Love Hina Again bites it. For a long period of time, I wouldnt even let dormmates near the anime, unless they had read the manga first.
So whats this business posting a scanlation page? Love Hina is licensed, and easy to find! Go buy the books already!

as for the OVA, the third episode was worth it. it wasn't super, but it made my day. i was really disappointed with how they changed naru's looks and personality. how did she suddenly become so insecure about herself? and she seems to have lost a LOT of weight, she's a damned twig and her skirt makes me want to use her as firewood. and what happened to the good ol naru punch? there were like 1-2 the entire 3 episodes. BOO.
i like shinobu, she's cute and so innocent. naru's the type to stand up for herself tho, and she has a heart. she'd be my favorite, but love hina again ruined her for me D:.

I'm not sure I have the same eyes as many of you, eyes that are in synch with our world and our dictionary definition of beauty, eyes that see with clarity. The anime characters look bloated! Their faces are swollen! At least the OVA characters looked good!
As far as the anime goes, I didn't enjoy most of it. The notable exception was the Christmas ep, which was everything the rest of the anime needed to be.
Shinobu and her fans scare me. Not like a typical nettism - man, Japan scares me, idiot forumites that don't know your you're scare me, jam scares me - I actually fear the Shinobu massive, knowing they could be on the streets and you reading could be one - you might even know my mother. I mean what, where's the attraction? You want small and needy? Buy a dog.
While I do prefer short, petite girls and I'll take cute over sexy any day, Motoko just has something about her character that catches my eye. (And drags it fifteen feet. Cookie to whoever gets that reference.)
